Can You Imagine?

Can you imagine the future,

When you stand before His throne,

When it becomes apparent you can’t enter on your own?

No unclean thing may dwell there!

You’ve known that all your life,

Your sin has left you dirty,

Your clothes no longer white.

There will be one beside you

Who is spotless, who is clean;

He will plead: “Spare my sibling who believes on my name”.

In that moment, pure love understood,

He will have done for you, what you never could.
