Common Sense in Cyprus — Scooters treated as Bikes!
After De Seuss’s recommendation to use existing bike laws to regulate scooters, it’s good to see Cyprus following his advice.
Common sense isn’t always so common.
Here’s what Dr Seuss advised;

To ride or scoot, I like both a lot
Can I ride where I want, probably not
The rules are silly and different for both
They should be the same, look at their growth
Two wheels, one rider, they have lots in common
Bike rules exist, they cannot be forgotten
Let’s ride where bikes do, that makes it simple
Start quickly and learn; that’s how to be nimble!
