ZkNoid’s Lottery Game is the first provably fair lottery on the Mina Blockchain. The game is based on Zero-knowledge technology and all actions of the users generate proofs on the backend side, so you can be sure that everything is true and fair both from the player’s and developer’s side.
In this article, we will present a short but thorough instruction on how to play our L1 Lottery game.
L1 Lottery game rules
The game is based on users’ luck. Players buys tickets, choose 6 numbers, and the ticket is added to his wallet. At the end of the round, a random 6-digit winning number is generated and users can claim their rewards if they guessed the numbers or a part of them. The percentage of winnings depends on the number of correctly guessed numbers in the ticket.
The rules:
- Round Duration: Each round lasts approximately 24 hours.
- Ticket Purchase: (a) Each ticket costs 10 $MINA (b) Tickets consist of 6 numbers (1–9) © Duplicate tickets are allowed.
- Platform Fees: A 10% fee is deducted from each ticket purchase.
- Winning Ticket reveal: Winning ticket is revealed within 2 days after round ends.
- Claiming Rewards: Each ticket earns points*( 0, 90, 324, 2187, 26244, 590490, or 31886460 for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 correct numbers)*. The reward is a share of the total bank based on points, order of numbers matters.
- Refunds: If the winning ticket is not revealed within 2 days, you can get a refund for your ticket.
How to play?
Loading
- Go to the Lottery game page: https://app.zknoid.io/games/lottery/global.
- Connect Auro wallet (If you don’t have you can create new one there: https://www.aurowallet.com/).
- Wait until the Lottery game is loaded. You can see the loading proccess notifications on the bottom of the screen. When notification becomes “Lottery compiled” you can start playing the game.
Buying Tickets
1. To buy a lottery Ticket, go to the “Buy Ticket” section on the game main page and click on the grey “Get ticket” button.
2. Enter you ticket Number on the ticket. Ticket number consist of 6 numbers which you can enter by yourself or use a random generator by clicking the “Random numbers” button.
3. Confirm your ticket number
4. Finalize the buying process by clicking the ”Pay” button and sign the transaction in your wallet.
5. Excellent! You bought your first ticket. Soon the ticket will be displayed on the main page of the game. This process may take from 2 to 15 minutes depending on the workload of the blockchain.
Claiming rewards
Lottery rounds last for approx. 24 hours. You can see how much is left before the end of the round on the main game page.
When the round ends — the game generates a Win Combination. If your ticket numbers match the winning combination with at least 1 number, you can claim your rewards in “Previous Lotteries” section below.
This process can also take from 2 to 15 minutes.
Gift codes for free play
In the L2 Lottery game, you have the option to gift access codes to your friends. You can buy codes or use them in the “Buy ticket” section.
Using gift codes
1. Click in the “Use gift access code” button.
2. Paste your access code in the field.
3. Fill your Ticket number.
4. Confirm your ticket number.
5. Click on “Recieve ticket” button. In this case, the cost of the ticket 0 Mina — you don’t pay at all!
6. Sign the transaction.
7. Wait until your ticket uploads to your wallet. It may take from 2 to 15 minutes.
Buying gift codes
1. Click on the “Generate gift access code” button.
2. Choose the quantity of access codes.
3. Click “Pay” in pay window.
4. Sign the transaction in Auro Wallet.
5. Wait until the gift code’s status becomes “Ready to use”.
6. Copy your gift codes and give it to your friends! Remember that one code can be used only one time.
