It’s time for another recap of our journey in building the home for provable gaming on Mina. In this article, we’ll talk about the developments made in April, the introduction of ZkNoid user profiles, and our recent announcement of the Wizard Battle game.

Introducing Wizard Battle
As we recently announced on X, we are thrilled to kick off the development of our latest zkGame — Wizard Battle! This turn-based PvP strategy game is designed to deliver a web2-like experience within the web3 landscape. What does this mean for players? Say goodbye to the complexities of transactions and enjoy lower latency times, all while benefiting from the security and privacy that blockchain and ZK technology provide.
In Wizard battle, players will immerse themselves in a magical world filled with spellcasting, strategic gameplay, and intense duels. Each player will assume the role of a powerful wizard, equipped with unique abilities and spells that can be customized to suit their playstyle.
With diverse loadout options, solo and PvP modes, and a leveling system, Wizard Battle is shaping up to be our most ambitious project to date. Stay tuned as we share more details about the features, gameplay mechanics, and development milestones!
ZkNoid User Profiles
We’ve added user profiles to the ZkNoid gaming app. Users can now effortlessly access all their account statistics in one place, including purchased lottery tickets, transaction history, and meme tokens.
But that’s not all! NFTs are soon coming to ZkNoid and you will able to view all of your purchased NFTs right in your profile and even display them as your avatar.
Expect more features and profile customization options in future updates, enhancing your experience even further!

- Approved internally the core mechanics and gameplay elements of the game

- Created the NFT page for collections for display in user profiles
- Added NFT search & filters

What’s next?
In the coming months, our team will focus on two major goals:
- Development of Wizard Battle: Our target is to create a demo of the game by mid-summer 2025. This demo will feature fully operational matchmaking, map and hero customization, battle mechanics, completed design/animations, and three playable heroes. We plan to release this version in an alpha testnet to our partners and long-time community members for feedback and testing.
- Launch of the ZkNoid NFT Marketplace: We remain committed to launching our own NFT marketplace alongside a limited collection of NFTs utilizing the new V3 standard.
