Anniversary Rules included — How to trade, pay & earn on ZKSpace
ZKSpace is welcoming its 2nd birthday! Since ZKSwap V1 launched on the mainnet on Feb 14, 2021, ZKSpace has evolved into a full-featured Layer2 protocol based on ZK-Rollups technology. It currently consists of four products: ZKSwap, ZKSquare, ZKSea and ZNS.
ZKSwap is a decentralised exchange protocol based on the Automated Market Maker (AMM) model, allowing users to list any ERC20 token pair and exchange tokens; ZKSquare is a Layer2 payment protocol that allows users to enjoy instant Layer2 payment with negligible gas fee, and it has been widely used in prize distribution and airdrops; ZKSea is the first ZK-Rollup NFT platform that supports users to mint, list, and trade NFT by themselves, greatly reducing the cost of minting and trading NFTs on the ETH mainnet; ZNS is the industry’s first Layer2 domain name solution, which helps users easily own their Web3 DIDs.
To celebrate our 2nd anniversary, we’ve created 6 types of anniversary NFTs, which will be distributed free of charge to participants of the anniversary event. For all users who use (or once used) ZKSpace products and claim the NFTs, you’ll share millions of ZKS prizes! Read the event rules and join the carnival lasting from February 14th to 28th, and if you are new to ZKSpace, you’ll find a tutorial to ZKSpace features down below.
Event Rules:
- Hover your mouse over each task card to view the 100 or 200 ZKS basic prize associated with each task. After finishing each task, return to this page, claim your TaskNFT to secure the basic prize. The progress bar will move accordingly. After it fills up 4/5, the Claim button under it will light up. Click to claim the AnniversaryNFT and share the bonus starting from 200,000 ZKS. The current bonus amount and the number of claimers are shown below the progress bar.
2. The basic prize is for the first 1000 claimers of each task NFT. After 1000 users for each task, new users can ONLY share prize from the bonus pool.
3. All your basic prize and your share of bonus will be distributed to your wallet at once after the event ends.
4. Actions in the past also count: As long as you performed the actions before, you are qualified to claim the NFTs as well.
5. It is recommended that you complete the L2 Wallet task first to ensure that you have token assets available in your L2 wallet. A tutorial to deposit/withdraw can be found down below.
6. Invite your friends! Once 500 Anniversary NFTs are claimed , we’ll 1.2x the bonus to 240,000 ZKS; Once 1000 Anniversary NFTs are claimed , we’ll 1.5x the bonus to 300,000 ZKS. …We may expand the prize pool according to the popularity of this event and community feedback.
7. Please note that a $2 equivalent minting gas fee will be required when claiming NFTs.
8. For users who hold both 2022 and 2023 AnniversaryNFT, you are qualified for extra gifts from the ZKSpace team. We’ll announce that after the event, so stay tuned!

New to ZKSpace? Here is a guide for you. You’ll find that each of the tasks is as simple as a few clicks.
L2 Wallet — deposit
L2 Wallet is the cornerstone of the ZKSpace ecosystem. All L2 products require using your L2 wallet.
Your L2 wallet address is the same as your ETH mainnet address. You’ll be able to use all Layer2 products after you deposit your asset on the mainnet to your L2 wallet. Your assets are kept by the smart contract on Ethereum, and the private key and asset security are entirely under your control. Deposit: Go to https://zks.app/ , connect your Ethereum wallet, and click Deposit.
Select Eco Deposit (recommended) or Deposit, choose the token you want to deposit (pointed to by the red arrow) , enter the amount and click Confirm. Sign in to your wallet, and the deposit will be finished after 1–3 minutes of blockchain confirmation!
ZKSwap — swap tokens & add liquidity
ZKSwap is the first product released by ZKSpace, with token exchange being the most basic and important function of the L2 ecosystem. Using ZKSwap, you can easily complete token swaps in your L2 wallet.
ZKSwap adopts the same AMM model as Uniswap V2. It features ultra-fast transactions and a gas fee much lower than ETH mainnet.
Swap: Go to https://zks.app/trade/swap , select the token you wish to trade, and enter the amount. Then select the token you want to receive, and click Confirm to complete the transaction.
Add Liquidity: Click Pool, and click Add Liquidity to open the liquidity-adding card.
Select a pair of tokens that you wish to provide as liquidity, enter the amount, and click Confirm to complete the liquidity adding.
After adding liquidity, you can constantly earn the trading fees, and use the Pool card for liquidity management, including adding or removing liquidity.
ZKSquare — send crypto
ZKSquare is an independent payment protocol of ZKSpace. Based on a fast and low-cost Layer2, it can process small amount token transfer, and supports batch payment — up to 60 payments at once. It serves all kinds of payment scenarios, including airdrops. It also provides an API and can offer customised features for projects.
Send crypto: Click Send in your L2 wallet.
Use Send and Batch Send functions to complete the transfers. Select the token, enter the target address and the send amount, and click Send.
ZKSea — mint & trade NFT
ZKSea is the 1st ZK-Rollup based NFT platform. Users can freely mint NFTs on Layer2 and enjoy low gas fees and fast transactions. It also supports depositing NFT from L1 to L2 and withdrawing NFT back to L1. In the NFT marketplace, you can mint, list and trade NFT by yourself. To become the infrastructure for Gamefi and Metaverse, it also supports mystery box issuing and NFT auction.
Mint NFT: Go to https://zks.app/nft/mint to start your NFT journey. You can have any work you shoot/record minted and permanently preserved on the blockchain. Please upload files in png/jpg/jpeg/gif/mp4/flv/mp3 format with a size < 10M.
Naming the work and uploading it is necessary. Click Mint NFT and sign in to your wallet to complete the NFT minting. Of course, you can also create collections for your works and provide more information to highlight their rarity and artistic value.
The successfully minted NFTs can be viewed in the NFT wallet in your L2 Wallet: https://zks.app/wallet/nft .
Buy NFT: Go to https://zks.app/nft to view all the NFTs on the market, select an NFT you like, and click Buy Now.
Confirm the payment in your wallet to complete the NFT purchase, and you can view your NFT in your L2 Wallet: https://zks.app/wallet/nft
ZNS — yourname.zks
ZNS is a domain name service launched by ZKSpace to represent the user’s decentralized identity. It is the first Layer2 domain name solution in the blockchain industry. By registering ZNS names, you can easily replace the lengthy wallet address with names you like in all products of the ZKSpace ecosystem, making payment more convenient and avoiding errors.
Each ZNS name is unique and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Register: Go to https://zks.app/zns , and search for the name you want in the search box, for example, loveZKS.
Select the number of years you want to register and pay the registration fee to complete the domain name registration.
You can permanently buy out a domain name for a registration period of 3 years or more.
After the registration is completed, you can view and manage all your domain names in My Account. A single address can register multiple domain names.
