Welcome to the Zohero blog. Following our success in Sweden, we’re very excited to announce the launch of our international crowdfunding platform!
Zohero is the sustainable fundraising platform for organisations. We enable people and communities to make our world a better place. We help them build long-lasting relationships with their supporters, raise money and free up resources to focus more on their true cause.

We’re based in Stockholm and are Sweden’s biggest fundraising platform along with our sister sites www.charitystorm.org and www.foreningsinsamling.se. We’ve worked with Sweden’s biggest charities, football and sports clubs, as well as hundreds of smaller associations and groups to raise over 12 million kronor so far.
Zohero makes it easy for community organisations, charities and sports clubs to grow their revenue through recurring fundraising and one-off donations. We provide them with all the tools, technology and expertise they need to increase supporter engagement and create long-lasting relationships with their givers.
It’s these long-lasting relationships that are the true lifeblood of most nonprofits and community organisations in the UK, Sweden and around the world and we want to enhance those relationships for supporters and organisations alike.
Zohero are in it for the long run, we don’t just want to help you raise money right now, but also to keep your organisation raising money long into a sustainable future.
From our experience and research, we have found that both supporters and organisation have higher levels of satisfaction from longer fundraising relationships than from one-off donations. Not only that, but our 2016 report found that recurring givers have a lifetime value of 220% more than one-off givers! Long-term campaigns mean sustainable fundraising.
A broad range of organisations use Zohero, several of the Swedish Allsvenskan (top division) sides have raised money with us, selling VIP memberships, season tickets and merchandise. In some cases they’ve even used the money to buy new players for the team!
We’ve run ‘donation only’ campaigns with large charities such as Plan International and the Swedish Heart and Lung Foundation — Hjärt-Lungfonden to raise money for good causes and we’ve been the platform of choice for hundreds of small associations across Sweden, raising money for things ranging from a new ambulance for pets to new kits for children’s football teams.
