Effortless Payments: Zoto Wallet is now 2x faster

When paying bills, timing can be very valuable.

When we started out at Zoto, our aim was to provide the fastest and easiest payment solution to customers, for airtime but over time, this grew to include bill payments.

We heard feedback from you on card payments, and we understand that network fluctuations from your bank are inevitable, nevertheless, you shouldn’t have to suffer for circumstances beyond your control. So we decided to take on making all wallet payments happen, in a matter of seconds. Our wallet infrastructure has been reworked to get this to happen.

In fixing these issues, we focused on small steps like;

The amount of time it takes to fetch your balance,

Time taken to complete wallet payments,

and making wallet deposits.
