If you have any concerns while using Zoto, we have devised functional ways for you to get immediate support, efficiently.

There are a few things we require to initiate the process of solving your problems on Zoto.

Your Registered Phone number

Don’t be surprised, not everyone knows theirs by heart, have it written down if you fall into that category. Just to be clear, the number required of you is the number you registered on the Zoto app.

If your inquiry concerns another number you may be recharging for; then have that handy, we’ll need that too.

Your Order ID

An order Id is unique to each transaction you make. This is used to track the transaction you’re inquiring about.

To know your Order ID; Click on the “Accounts” tab and select “your orders”.

Your order history will be displayed, when you go further to select “view details” , the Order ID is displayed along with other information.

If your query is regarding a failed payment, the screenshot of the transaction message helps us understand the reason behind your issues and a screenshot of the order details indicates the exact time your transaction was carried out and other unique information.

To send all of this information via mail automatically, here’s what to do

Step 1: Open the Zoto app & go to ‘Help’.

Step 2: Visit your transaction history.

Step 3: View the details of your transaction.

Step 4: Scroll down & click ‘Contact us for any issue or clarification’

Step 5: Select the email option

Your email app on your mobile will open up, pre populated with all the details about the transaction, saving you valuable time.
