How to: Workout with a Friend

Have you always worked out alone? Never asked a friend to join you?
If you train with friends all the time, you’ll know how great it is working out together. If not, don’t worry, we’ve put together some tips from our top trainers for you!

We post a story for every session and clients get massive FOMO if they miss the fun! It is also about checking in with clients to give them a virtual high five or motivation to get them back on track!”

“I’ve been doing small group training with 4 of my girlfriends twice a week. We all meet up and work up a sweat together. It’s so much more fun than training alone and we get to catch up on all the weekly gossip.
