ZS APAC Gen AI Summit: Exploring the power of Gen AI

On March 21st & March 26th, we had the pleasure of hosting the much awaited, first ZS APAC Generative AI Summits in Singapore and Tokyo, respectively, for interactive and engaging discussions with 98 industry leaders across 37 companies.
For many, generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) has been a black box, with seemingly endless possibilities and major challenges in identifying and executing high-impact business use cases. The summits captivated attendees across the regions, serving as a platform for pioneers, researchers and enthusiasts to exchange ideas and explore the future of AI — showcasing the incredible advancements and potential of this rapidly evolving field.
We kicked off the events by unveiling the latest trends and innovations in AI. From cutting-edge research to real-world applications, the summits highlighted how AI is reshaping industries and revolutionizing the way we live and work. ZS keynote speakers and panelists shared their insights and experiences, offering valuable perspectives on the current state and future trajectory of AI based on ZS’s practical applications in healthcare and beyond.
One of the defining features of the summits was our emphasis on bridging the gap between theory and practice. Attendees had the opportunity to delve into practical applications of Gen AI through our ‘Experience Booth’ set ups with live demonstrations and interactive sessions with ZS AI experts travelling from across the globe.

The Experience Booths served as a hub for collaboration and networking, bringing together experts and enthusiasts from sales, marketing, medical, technology and data science verticals across companies.
The booth presentations were followed by panel discussions with ZS AI experts exploring complex topics such as bias in AI, privacy and compliance concerns, right ways to set up pilots and make them scalable and standing up internal capabilities to adapt Gen AI in organizations.
With its successful debut, the first ZS APAC Gen AI Summit has set the stage for future editions, promising even more innovation, collaboration and exploration in the years to come.
