First-hand Experience as a Content Marketing Intern at Crescendo Lab, Taiwan
สวัสดีค่ะ เราชื่ออัยนี ตอนนี้ฝึกงานอยู่ที่บริษัท Crescendo Lab ที่ไทเป ประเทศไต้หวัน ในตำแหน่ง Thai Content Marketing Intern ตอนนี้ฝึกงานที่นี่ได้ 3 เดือนแล้วค่ะ
Hi everyone! My name is Ainee, and I am currently a Thai Content Marketing Intern at Crescendo Lab in Taipei, Taiwan. I’ve been working here for three months now.
บทความนี้ตั้งใจเขียนขึ้นมาเพื่อแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ดีๆ ที่ได้จากการฝึกงานในบริษัทสตาร์ทอัพแห่งนี้ โดยจะแบ่งหัวข้อตามนี้ค่ะ

ก่อนเข้าสู่เนื้อหาหลัก ขอเล่าคร่าวๆ ก่อนว่า Crescendo Lab เป็นธุรกิจที่ให้บริการระบบ SaaS สำหรับลูกค้าที่ต้องการหาระบบที่ตอบโจทย์ในการช่วยทำการตลาดและจัดการความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางสื่อสารออนไลน์ ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาบริษัทโฟกัสที่แพลตฟอร์ม LINE Official Account (LINE OA) เป็นหลัก จนได้เป็น LINE Gold Tech Partner เจ้าเดียวในไต้หวัน กลุ่มลูกค้าปัจจุบันเป็นแบรนด์ดังจากหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม นอกจากสำนักงานใหญ่ที่ไต้หวันแล้ว Crescendo Lab ยังมีสำนักงานที่กรุงเทพฯ และโตเกียวด้วยค่ะ
Before diving into to the main part of this article, let me briefly introduce you about the company. Crescendo Lab provides SaaS for clients who are looking for marketing and customer relationship management solutions for their online communication channels. The company currently focuses on LINE Official Account (LINE OA) platform. They are also the only company in Taiwan being granted as the LINE Gold Tech Partner. The company’s clients consist of many well-known brands from various industries. Besides their headquarter in Taipei, we also have offices in Bangkok and Tokyo.
ทำไมถึงอยากฝึกงานที่ Crescendo Lab? (Why Crescendo Lab?)
นอกจากการฝึกงานที่นี่แล้ว เราก็กำลังเรียนปริญญาโท ชั้นปีที่สอง ในสาขา IMBA ที่ National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech) เนื่องจากว่าเราพอมีเวลาว่างนอกจากตารางเรียน เลยอยากหาโอกาสเข้าไปทำงานในบริษัทไต้หวันสักครั้งในชีวิต
ตอนแรกที่เห็นประกาศรับสมัครงานของ Crescendo Lab ก็รู้สึกว่ารายละเอียดงานของตำแหน่ง Thai Content Marketing Intern ตรงกับสายงานที่เราสนใจ เพราะได้ใช้ทั้งทักษะการคิด วิเคราะห์ และการเขียนบทความ ที่สำคัญเรามองว่าสามารถต่อยอดกับสายงานในอนาคตได้ หลังจากที่ได้เข้าไปดูข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับ Crescendo Lab ก็ยิ่งรู้สึกว่าไม่อยากพลาดโอกาสฝึกงานที่นี่ เพราะดูเป็นบริษัทเทคฯ สมัยใหม่ที่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ ในขณะที่ให้อิสระกับพนักงานเต็มที่ เช่น ให้สวัสดิการทำงานแบบ hybrid และลางานได้ไม่จำกัด
Apart from interning here, I am also a second-year student studying for my master’s degree in the IMBA at National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech). Since I have some spare time besides my schedule at school, I wanted to look for a chance to work in a Taiwanese company as my once-in-a-lifetime experience.
When I first saw Crescendo Lab’s job post, I suddenly thought that the job description for the Thai Content Marketing Intern matched my career interests. The reason is that the position allows us to use multiple skills such as thinking, analytical, and writing skills. Plus, I see that the experience could also enhance my future career path.
Additionally, when I looked through the company profile on their website, I became even more interested in applying. That is because Crescendo Lab has a high sense of professionalism, while also providing freedom for their employees, given their hybrid work and unlimited paid leave benefits.
ทำงานวันแรกเป็นยังไงบ้าง? (Onboarding Experience)
ในวันแรกที่เริ่มงาน ทีมทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือ People Team ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีตอนปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ ทั้งแนะนำเกี่ยวกับบริษัท แนะนำทีม และพาทัวร์ออฟฟิศ ทุกอย่างราบรื่นและเป็นกันเองมากค่ะ สำหรับมื้อเที่ยงของการทำงานวันแรกก็มีเมนเทอร์พาไปทานข้าวที่ร้านอาหารแถวออฟฟิศ ซึ่งบริษัทก็มีสวัสดิการให้งบเลี้ยงข้าวพนักงานใหม่อีกด้วย
ปกติแล้ววันแรกของการทำงานจะเป็นการเซ็ทระบบและลงโปรแกรมที่ต้องใช้ในการทำงาน นอกจากนี้พนักงานใหม่ยังได้เขียนโปรไฟล์แนะนำตัวเองใน Notion เพื่อให้ทุกคนในบริษัทได้รู้จักเรามากขึ้น ถือว่าเป็นวันเริ่มงานที่ไม่น่ากังวลแถมยังอุ่นใจมากๆ ค่ะ
For my first working day, the People Team gave a really warm welcome during the new hire orientation. They introduced all about the company, the team, as well as took us on an office tour. Everything was smooth with a really friendly vibe. For lunch, our mentors took us to a great restaurant near the office, and the company also provided a budget to pay for new hires’ for our welcome meals.
Generally, we would spend most of our time setting up the system and installing software programs needed for work on the first day. Apart from that, we had to create our self-introduction profile on Notion to let everyone in the company get to know us better. Overall, the first day of work didn’t make me feel nervous at all, yet it was very heartwarming.
ที่นี่สอนงานยังไง? (Training)
นักศึกษาฝึกงานแต่ละคนจะมีเมนเทอร์ หรือพี่เลี้ยงที่จะทำหน้าที่สอนงาน และให้คำแนะนำทุกเรื่อง ปกติแล้วจะมีการนัดประชุมแบบ 1:1 เพื่ออัพเดทการทำงาน และแชร์ปัญหาที่มีกับเมนเทอร์เป็นประจำ นอกจากนี้สมาชิกทีม Content Marketing จะสลับกันมาเทรนความรู้เพิ่มเติมตั้งแต่เรื่องผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ไปจนถึงการทำ Search Engine Optimization
นอกจากนี้ทุกสัปดาห์ก็จะมีการประชุมเพื่ออัพเดทกับทีม ซึ่งเราชอบตรงที่สมาชิกแต่ละคนจะได้ผลัดกันแชร์ความรู้ใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Content Marketing หลังจากที่ได้ฝึกงานไปสามเดือน เรารู้สึกได้ว่า learning curve ตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เข้ามาฝึกงานจนถึงวันนี้มีการพัฒนาตลอดเวลา ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีความท้าทายบ้าง แต่รู้สึกสนุกทุกครั้งที่ได้เรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ ๆ ค่ะ
Each intern will be assigned to a mentor, who is responsible for training and advising interns on everything. The work progress and updates are normally discussed with my mentor in the 1:1 bi-weekly meeting, where I could also share any problems or concerns that have happened in the previous weeks. Additionally, the Content Marketing team members would take turns to provide additional training. The topics cover from getting to know about the company’s products to Search Engine Optimization.
We also have to participate in the team’s weekly meetings. I like that the session pushes team members to take turns and share any knowledge related to Content Marketing. I’m happy to say that my learning curve from the first day of the internship gradually increased day by day. Although it was sometimes challenging, I truly enjoyed the learning process every step of the way.
กระบวนการเรียนรู้หลังฝึกงาน 3 เดือน (My Learning Progress so far)
Crescendo Lab มีทีมงานคุณภาพที่สนับสนุนกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของเราเป็นอย่างดี จากที่ไม่เคยรู้มาก่อนว่า Search Engine Optimization (SEO) คืออะไร เราได้เรียนรู้ว่าสิ่งที่สำคัญในการทำ SEO ไม่ใช่แค่การเขียนบทความให้น่าดึงดูด แต่ต้องวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้ได้ว่าเนื้อหาแบบไหนที่จะตอบสนองเจตจำนงของผู้ใช้งานที่เสิร์ชคียเวิร์ดบน Google พูดง่าย ๆ คือ ถ้าอยากให้บทความของเราติดอันดับต้นในหน้าแรกของ Google เราต้องใช้เวลาวิเคราะห์เจตจำนงผู้ใช้มากถึง 70% ในขณะที่ขั้นตอนการเขียนบทความใช้เวลาเพียง 30% เท่านั้นนอกจากนี้ยังได้รู้วิธีใช้เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เช่น HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Looker Studio

Crescendo Lab’s talented team members have fully supported my learning journey in the past three months here. From not knowing exactly what Search Engine Optimization (SEO) was, I gained new insights from multiple training sessions. SEO isn’t just about creating appealing articles, but we must analyze data to find out about the user intent who search keywords on Google as much as possible. Basically, if we want our articles to rank on the first page of Google, we have to spend time on the search intent analysis process up to 70%, while only 30% of our time is needed for drafting the article. I also learned how to use various tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Looker Studio to optimize the blog performances.
With the amazing guidance from my mentor, one my articles was ranked at the top position of the search engine results page on Google!
บอกเล่าความประทับใจ (Overall impression)
Crescendo Lab เป็นบริษัทที่ตอบโจทย์สำหรับนักศึกษาที่อยากฝึกงานในบรรยากาศบริษัทแบบสมัยใหม่ นอกจากมีการเทรนงานที่เข้มข้นแล้ว ยังเปิดรับไอเดียใหม่ๆ ไม่ว่าเราจะทำตำแหน่งอะไรก็ตาม และด้วยความที่ทีมเราใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารเป็นหลัก ทำให้ชาวต่างชาติแบบเราไม่รู้สึกว่ามีกำแพงทางภาษาเลย แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน เวลาเข้าไปทำงานที่ออฟฟิศก็ยังได้รายล้อมไปด้วยชาวไต้หวันที่พูดคุยกันเป็นภาษาจีน ทำให้พัฒนาทักษะภาษาที่ 3 ไปในตัว ซึ่งเป็นกำไรของการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ด้วยค่ะ โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกประทับใจและขอบคุณที่เมนเทอร์และบริษัทให้โอกาสได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในบริษัทเจ๋งๆ แบบ Crescendo Lab ค่ะ
Crescendo Lab is the right company if you are looking for an internship opportunity with a modern work atmosphere. Besides providing intensive training, they are also open to new ideas regardless of position. Additionally, since my team mainly uses English to communicate, it completely removes the language barrier for a foreigner like me. But at the same time, I still get to be surrounded by Taiwanese people who speak Mandarin whenever I work at the office. This allows me to improve my third language skills, which is an additional benefit I gained from this internship. Overall, I feel very impressed and appreciate the opportunity to intern at such a cool place like Crescendo Lab!
