เผลอแป๊บเดียวก็ฝึกงานที่ Crescendo Lab ในตำแหน่ง Thai Content Marketing Intern ได้ครบ 6 เดือนแล้ว จากบทความที่แล้ว เราได้แชร์ประสบการณ์บางส่วนที่ได้เรียนรู้จากการฝึกงานที่บริษัท MarTech Startup แห่งนี้ พูดได้เลยว่าตั้งแต่วันแรกจนถึงวันนี้ มีหลายอย่างที่ทำให้รู้สึกประทับใจจนอยากบอกต่อว่า ทำไมควรฝึกงาน Crescendo Lab?

1. ได้เพื่อนร่วมงานเป็นกันเอง ไม่มีเกร็ง

พนักงาน Crescendo Lab ค่อนข้างเป็นกันเอง ต่อให้ไม่เคยทำงานด้วยกัน ก็มักจะชวนไปทานข้าวเที่ยงด้วยกัน และทุกคนจะคอยยิ้มทักทาย ชวนคุย ไม่ใช่ตอนเจอกันในออฟฟิศ แต่ยังเป็นตอนที่เจอกันในลิฟท์ หรือ บังเอิญเจอกันข้างนอกตอนพักเที่ยง

2. ได้นั่งทำงานที่ไหนก็ได้ ตรงไหนก็ได้

ไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนมีที่นั่งประจำ ดังนั้น พนักงานคนไหนมาก่อนก็เลือกที่นั่งได้ตามความชอบ แม้ว่าส่วนใหญ่จะชินกับการนั่งที่ที่ตัวเองนั่งเป็นประจำก็ไม่ว่ากัน แล้วถ้าทำงานระหว่างวันเริ่มรู้สึกไอเดียตัน ก็สามารถยกโน๊ตบุ๊คไปนั่งทำงานตรงไหนก็ในออฟฟิศ ไม่ว่าจะนั่งตรงบีนแบ็ก ยืนทำงานที่โต๊ะบาร์ หรือถ้าใครต้องการความสงบหน่อยก็สามารถจองห้องประชุมนั่งทำงานเงียบๆ ได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในออฟฟิศที่เราคิดว่าตอบโจทย์ที่สุดคือ ‘มี-ปลั๊ก-ให้-ทุก-ที่’ อีกอย่างคือ พนักงานสามารถ work from anywhere ได้ แต่ intern อาจจะข้อแม้นิดนึงว่าในกรณีจำเป็นเท่านั้น

3. ได้สวัสดิการสุดปัง

Intern ที่ Crescendo Lab ได้สวัสดิการจัดเต็มไม่แพ้พนักงาน full-time จะมีอะไรบ้าง? ไปดูกัน:

1. Unlimited snacks & beverages — ถ้าเดินเข้ามาในออฟฟิศ Crescendo Lab แล้ว สิ่งแรกที่เห็นถัดจากป้ายบริษัท คือ บาร์ขนม ที่มีตั้งแต่เครื่องชงกาแฟ ขนมกรุบกรอบ ช็อคโกแลต ไปจนถึงน้ำอัดลม ชา มาหมด ถึงแม้ว่าจะหยิบทานได้ไม่จำกัด แต่ต้องใช้อาศัยความเร็ว เพราะเติมของทีไร หายไปกับตาทุกที
2. Flexible working hours — ทุกตำแหน่งรวมถึง intern สามารถทำงานกี่โมงก็ได้ แต่ต้องบวกไป 9 ชั่วโมง หักลบเวลาพักเที่ยง ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะเข้างาน 10 โมงเช้า เลิก 1 ทุ่ม เป็นมาตรฐานค่ะ
3. Happy Hour — กิจกรรมเล็กๆ ที่จัดในออฟฟิศ มีทั้งขนม อย่างโดนัท ชูครีม และชานมไข่มุกให้พนักงานทานฟรี และยังมีกิจกรรมให้พนักงานพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนตามหัวข้อประจำเดือน
4. Team building — ต่อให้งานยุ่งแค่ไหน ทุกไตรมาสทีมจะต้องหาเวลาไปทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน อย่างล่าสุดทีม marcom ไปแคมปิ้งในป่า ถือว่าได้เปลี่ยนบรรยากาศสังสรรค์กันไป
5. Cross team building — บางคนอาจจะคุ้นหน้าคุ้นตา แต่ไม่เคยคุยกัน กิจกรรมนี้เลยสุ่มจับกลุ่มพนักงานทุกแผนกให้ได้ทำความรู้จักกัน ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะนัดกันทานข้าว แต่บางกลุ่มก็เลือกไปทำอะไรใหม่ ๆ เช่น จ้างไกด์พาทัวร์รอบซีเหมินติง หรือ ไปเล่นโกคาร์ท
6. Massage Benefit — ทำงานเหนื่อยๆ อาจมีเมื่อยล้ากันบ้าง บริษัทเลยสรรหาหมอนวดที่เคลมว่าได้รางวัล ‘หมอนวดหัตถ์พระเจ้า’ มาคลายเส้นให้พนักงานคนละ 30 นาทีต่อเดือนถึงที่ออฟฟิศ

4. บริษัทดูแลอย่างดีตลอดช่วงที่ฝึกงาน

ตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เข้ามาฝึกงานที่ Crescendo Lab ยังไม่เคยมีโมเมนต์ยืนเกาหัวว่าต้องทำอะไรต่อ เพราะบริษัทให้การต้อนรับและดูแลอย่างดีมาโดยตลอด

• MacBook ฟรี — ใช่ค่ะ ทุกคนจะได้ใช้ MacBook ของบริษัทฟรีตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เริ่มฝึกงาน
• Training — ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าตัวเองยังความรู้ไม่แน่น เพราะว่าทุกคนจะได้รับการเทรนจากคนเก่งๆ ในทีม ตั้งแต่ความรู้พื้นฐานไปจนถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Crescendo Lab ที่คุณต้องรู้

• CEO Dinner — อีเว้นท์ที่ intern ทั้งบริษัทได้นั่งทานข้าวกับคุณจิน CEO ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนถามอะไรก็ได้เกี่ยวกับบริษัทหรือชีวิตของ CEO (ถามได้ทุกอย่างจริง ๆ นะ)

5. มีผลงานให้โชว์ในเรซูเม่

นี่คือประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เราได้จาก Crescendo Lab:

• บทความ — แน่นอนว่างานหลักของเราคือ เขียนบทความ ทำให้เรามีโอกาสได้ระดมความคิด ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร่างบทความ ไปจนถึงออกแบบภาพประกอบบทความ เพื่อผลิตบทความดึงดูดให้ทุกคนรู้จักผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Crescendo Lab
• โปรเจคกลุ่ม — ด้วยความตั้งใจที่บริษัทอยากผลักดันให้ intern ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม เลยมอบหมายให้ intern แต่ละแผนกระดมความคิดและทำโปรเจคชิ้นนึงขึ้นมาโดยไม่จำกัดเลยว่าอยากทำอะไร อย่างที่ผ่านมา tech interns ได้สร้างฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติมให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ส่วนเราและ content marketing intern คนอื่นในทีม ก็ได้ไอเดียว่าอยากทำ TikTok เพื่อให้เด็กรุ่นใหม่รู้จัก Crescendo Lab มากขึ้น ทั้งสนุกและได้ผลงานติดตัวในพอร์ตไปในตัว (ลองเข้าไปดูคลิปพวกเราได้ที่ TikTok: Crescendo Lab)
• ทักษะประสานงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน 3 สัญชาติ — แม้ว่าบริษัทจะมีสำนักงานใหญ่อยู่ที่ไทเป แต่ภาษาหลักที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรคือ ภาษาอังกฤษ ดังนั้นการฝึกงานที่นี่ทำให้เราได้พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารกับพนักงานทั้ง 3 สัญชาติ (จีน, ไทย, ญี่ปุ่น)

สุดท้าย จนถึงตอนนี้ก็คิดว่าตัวเองคิดไม่ผิดที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่ Crescendo Lab สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดที่อยากได้รับจากการฝึกงานคือประสบการณ์ทำงานจริง ซึ่งบริษัทนี้ให้สิ่งนั้นแน่นอน และยังแถมมากับขนมอร่อย ๆ คอนเนคชั่นดีๆ และทักษะติดตัวที่ได้เรียนรู้จากคนเก่งๆ เยอะมาก ฉะนั้นขอแนะนำว่าไม่มีเหตุผลที่ทุกคนจะต้องลังเลที่จะสมัครฝึกงานที่ Crescendo Lab

Why you should Intern at Crescendo Lab?

In the blink of an eye, my internship as a Thai Content Marketing Intern has reached 6 months already. In my previous article, I have shared only some part of my experience interning at this MarTech startup company. Until today, I still impressed with so many things here that I want to share the reasons why you should intern at Crescendo Lab.

1. You’ll have the friendly-est colleagues

Crescendo Lab is filled with friendly people, even if you’ve never worked with them. They’d walk right up to you and ask if you want to join them for lunch. They’d always greet you with a friendly smile, not just in the office, but also when you accidentally meet them in the elevator or in the streets during lunch break.

2. You’ll get to work anywhere

Want to change seats everyday? You can decide. But, of course most of us would just sit at the same place we’re familiar with, and that’s also fine. If you’re running out of ideas during a busy work day, you can also bring your laptop to another spot in the office, let it be on the bean bag, bar table (if you want to stand and work), or even book an individual meeting room for some peaceful time. My personal favorite thing about our office is that there are plug sockets to charge your laptop every spot you want to sit. Besides, by ‘working anywhere’ employees can literally work anywhere not just from home. But, interns only allowed to work from home for special occasions.

3. You’ll get top-notch welfare & benefits

You’ll get amazing benefits that are as close as the full-timers here:

1. Unlimited snacks & beverages — one of the first things you’ll see after entering our office (besides our company sign) is our precious snack bar. You’ll get to enjoy great food and drinks from coffee, chips, chocolate, to soft drinks and sugar-free tea (my favorite). Quick tip: you have to be fast because everything vanishes right after they’re restocked!
2. Flexible working hours — you can clock in any time you want, but make sure to work 9 hours including a 1 hour lunch break. Typically, we’d start our day at 10AM and get off work at 7PM.

Besides great food, I personally enjoy the sharing session where employees are randomly grouped together to share our thoughts on specific topics for each month.

5. Cross-team building — You might be familiar with some people in the office, but have never talked to them. Cross-team building helps break the ice and allows employees across teams to get together by either having special meals, arranging a group tour around Ximen, or racing go karts.
6. Massage benefit — Crescendo Lab provides massage benefit policy to help reduce your muscle tension from a long day of work. You’ll get have a 30-minute massaging session once per month from the “God-handed Masseur” right in our office.

4. You’ll receive great support from the company throughout your internship journey

• Free MacBook — Yes, you’ll get to use free MacBooks provided by the company since the very first day of your internship.
• Training program — If you’re still a newbie, don’t worry. You’ll be trained by amazing talents from fundamental knowledge to Crescendo Lab’s products, everything you need to know.
• Mentor — Mentors and Crescendo Lab are dedicated in training interns and closely advising you throughout your internship journey here.
• People team — You’ll be well taken care of since the hiring process by the people team. From time to time, they’ll also arrange a casual talk for you to sit down with other interns and share your thoughts regarding your internship in case you face any difficulties.

These are things I gained from Crescendo Lab:

• Blog articles — my main responsibility is to produce blog articles for the company, so yes, those are solid proof of my contributions. I was involved in brainstorming ideas, analyzing, drafting, and creating visuals for my articles.
• Group project — Crescendo Lab encourages interns to collaborate with each other, so you’ll be assigned a group project that doesn’t limit your creativity. So, me and the other content marketing interns initiated our TikTok project to create brand awareness for the younger generations to know about Crescendo Lab. (Check out our TikTok account!)
• Collaboration skills across 3 regions — Although our headquarter is in Taipei, English is the main language for internal communication. Therefore, you’ll get to improve your communication skills with employees from 3 different nationalities (Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan)

To sum up, I’ve never regretted applying for the internship program at Crescendo Lab. The most important thing I look for from an internship is hands-on experience. And I tell you that you’ll definitely gain that from this company. The best part is, it comes along with tasty snacks, great connections, and useful skills you’ll learn from talented people surrounding you.
