How to add whatsapp live chat to any website in 2 minutes

At this point, we all know that having a live chat feature is a must have on your website in 2020 for all the reasons I mentioned here.

In this guide, I’m going to show you how to add WhatsApp chat to your website. It will only take two minutes and you don’t need any specific skills to do it. Personally, I use elfsight.com . Go ahead and signup too for free. If you decide to pay for any of their plans you get a 20% discount

Once you do that, select chat on the horizontal menu bar and choose the WhatsApp chat widget in the menu list as shown above. Click Create Widget. So let’s create your widget. Begin by choosing a template that suits your case best.

Scroll down and click continue with this template. To let your customers message you from the widget enter your phone number to this field. Make the widget friendly. Add your name and picture in the chat header section. That’s it, your widget is ready. Also, you can check the settings tab to adjust layout size, colors and fonts.

Click join to install to add the widget to your website. You’ll see the widget that you have just created. Click Save.

The next step is to choose your subscription plan. You’re very welcome to start with lite. But keep in mind that your 20% discount is valid only for 24 hours.

Now let’s add the widget to your website. First click on the code to copy it.

Open the HTML file of the required page in the editor. Paste the installation code to the designated page area. Save the changes.
