At the start of her single, “The High,” Laura Rizzotto sings, “tell me have you ever felt this before…” with the vocal prowess of a musical vet. Vocally she rides over a slight bass enhanced track with ease. Her range is evident right off the bat as there’s very little reverb used to magnify her sound instead it’s just good old fashion talent. The song itself is very radio friendly, the beat is great, her voice is captivating and the chorus is catchy and relatable. There’s an amazing break about two minutes in that would be perfect for dancing, overall a great song, from a very promising artist.
