What kind of a newspaper is this?

Augusta Khalil Ibrahim

Is this the same newspaper that acted as a mouthpiece for a convicted rapist as late as today:

“I never meant to hurt anyone’: Brock Turner’s statement in Stanford sexual assault case”

(We know now that hopefully-soon-to-be-ex-judge Persky already had documentation that the Stanford Rapist behaved aggressively towards women at a party the previous week and his no-drinking-or-drugging facade at the trial is a myth perpetrated by his silly friends like Leslie Rasmussen)

The Washington Post could have used the same format they used for other convicted rapists:

“Montgomery Rapist gets 90 years”

or

“East Coast Rapist sentenced to life in prison for 2009 attack on teenaged trick-or-treaters

Why not write:

“Stanford Rapist Gets 6 months”

(In addition he gets three years probation AND is BANNED from Stanford Campus FOREVER AND EVER and is BANNED from some competitive swimming assosciation.)

At least one of the two men who were mentioned in other articles in the online version of this newspaper was non-white so they had no opportunity to offer to talk to college students about the evils of promiscuity or drinking like Lucifer VonShitface.

Hasn’t the Washington Post yet understood the level of outrage that ordinary Americans feel about the pass that the media has given to yes-let’s-call-him-that, The Stanford Rapist?

Oh, and by the way, we don’t care about your intention. If a child is killed by a speeding car, the driver not intending it dosen’t influence the result.

The Stanford Rapist took what he wanted.

Not only that, he thought he could get away with it.

And so far, he has done.

This is the classic “Modest Witness” stance of evasion of responsibility, so beloved of priveliged white men like Jeremy Stoppelmann and now, the Stanford Rapist.

Dear Mr Stanford Rapist,

YOU destroyed this young woman’s life.

You maligned her character.

You used your own drunkeness as an excuse for you to rape her and you used her drunkeness as an opportunity to so cruelly malign her.
