When you have completed the form, select the purple “Send” button at the bottom and click “Yes” to confirm.
Once the message is confirmed, you will be brought to the “My messages” screen. Click on the blue “Sent” button to view your sent message.
Reading Your Messages
The number of unread messages will appear to the right of the envelope on the top of the Blockmarket screen. When you receive a message, Click on the envelope, a drop-down will show you brief details of your message and provides you the option to either click on “Read All” or “See All Messages.” Alternatively, you can select the main Messages drop-down menu and go to “My Messages” to get to the same screen.
The “My Messages” option appears by default, and will bring you to the “Inbox”. You can now see the list of incoming messages you have.
Details of your incoming messages will be displayed. These include the “GUID” (the transaction number of your message), “Date” (date the message was sent), “From” (the sender’s Alias), “To” (the receiving Alias), “Subject” (the subject of the conversation), and the “Message Content” (the body of the message).
You now have the option to click “Reply” to respond to your message.
Replying to a Message
Clicking on “Reply” to a message brings you to a “New Message” window and populates all the fields required except for the “Message Content”. Replying to a message Will add “RE:” to the beginning of the “Subject” to indicate that the message is a reply. Compose the body of your message in “Message Content” section and, click on the “Send” button, then click “Yes” to confirm that you want to send your message.
You have now received and sent messages. You will be returned to the “My Messages” tab, where you can view your messages.
