This article is essentially a timeline of the majority of the attraction and restaurant refurbishments that took place at Disneyland Paris in 2015. Hopefully you’ll find it a useful record of the changes that took place in the parks that year.

You’ll notice that the words “closed” and “reopened” are underlined. Where possible I’ve included links back to the original tweets, to make my sources clear.

January 2015

  • 5 Jan - Crush’s Coaster closed (for 5 days)
  • 5 Jan - Studio Tram Tour closed (for 1 month)
  • 10 Jan - Crush’s Coaster reopened (after 5 days)
  • 12 Jan - Videopolis closed (for 6 months)
  • 12 Jan - Space Mountain closed (for 6 months)
  • 12 Jan - Les Mystères du Nautilus closed (for 6 months)

February 2015

  • 7 Feb - Studio Tram Tour reopened (after 1 month)
  • 23 Feb - Dumbo the Flying Elephant closed (for 2 months)

March 2015

  • 1 Mar - Swing into Spring started (for 13 week run)
  • 9 Mar - Phantom Manor closed (for 1 month)
  • 9 Mar - Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing closed (for 1 month)
  • 30 Mar - CinĂ©Magique closed (for 5 days)

April 2015

  • 3 Apr - Phantom Manor reopened (after 1 month)
  • 4 Apr - CinĂ©Magique reopened (after 5 days) with digital projection system
  • 6 Apr - Rustler Roundup Shootin’ Gallery closed (for 3 months)
  • 7 Apr - The Lucky Nugget Saloon roof scaffolding went up
  • 11 Apr - Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing reopened (after 1 month)
  • 13 Apr - Captain EO closed forever to become Discoveryland Theatre
  • 14 Apr - Silver Spur Steakhouse scaffolding came down (after 9 months)
  • 14 Apr - Pizzeria Bella Notte scaffolding went up (for 2 months)
  • 25 Apr - Dumbo the Flying Elephant reopened (after 2 months)
  • 27 Apr - Le Carrousel de Lancelot closed (for 3 months)

May 2015

  • 11 May - Flying Carpets Over Agrabah closed (for 2 months)
  • 12 May - Ratatouille closed (for just 1 day)

June 2015

  • 1 Jun - Swing Into Spring finished (after 13 week run)
  • 1 Jun - Frozen Summer Fun started (for 15 week run)
  • 26 Jun - Pizzeria Bella Notte scaffolding came down (after 2 months)
  • 27 Jun - Discoveryland Theatre reopened (after 2 months) with a Sneak Peek of Ant-Man

July 2015

  • 4 Jul - Rustler Roundup Shootin’ Gallery reopened (after 3 months)
  • 7 Jul - Adventureland Bazaar reopened (after 3 months)
  • 11 Jul - Flying Carpets Over Agrabah reopened (after 2 months)
  • 11 Jul - Videopolis reopened (after 6 months) with Jedi Training Academy
  • 11 Jul - CafĂ© Hyperion reopened (after 6 months) with Jedi Burgers
  • 25 Jul - Space Mountain: Mission 2 reopened (after 6 months) with new Single Riders queue
  • 25 Jul - Les Mystères du Nautilus reopened (after 6 months)
  • 25 Jul - Le Carrousel de Lancelot reopened (after 3 months)
  • 27 Jul - It’s a Small World closed (for 5 months)
  • 31 Jul - Agrabah CafĂ© reopened (after 4 months)

August 2015

  • 4 Aug - It’s a Small World scaffolding went up
  • 19 Aug - Le Pont Suspendu reopened (after 4 months)
  • 27 Aug - Pocahontas Indian Village closed (for 5 weeks)
  • 31 Aug - All Disneyland Railroad stations closed (for 6 months)

September 2015

  • 3 Sep - Place des Stars walled off for stage removal and resurfacing
  • 3 Sep - Phantom Manor got its fourth Phantom animatronic back
  • 7 Sep - Pirates of the Caribbean closed (for 2 weeks)
  • 7 Sep - Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop closed (for 5 days)
  • 9 Sep - Main Street Station scaffolding went up (will take 2 months)
  • 9 Sep - Fuente del Oro Restaurante closed (for 1 month)
  • 10 Sep - Star Tours & Discoveryland Station scaffolding went up
  • 12 Sep - Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop reopened (after 5 days)
  • 14 Sep - Frozen Summer Fun finished (after 15 week run)
  • 14 Sep - Princess Pavilion closed (for 3 weeks)
  • 14 Sep - Crush’s Coaster closed (for 2 weeks)
  • 17 Sep - Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing closed (for 14 months)
  • 19 Sep - Pirates of the Caribbean reopened (after 2 weeks)
  • 21 Sep - Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril closed (for 2 weeks)
  • 21 Sep - Plaza Gardens Restaurant closed (for 3 weeks)
  • 26 Sep - Crush’s Coaster reopened (after 2 weeks)
  • 28 Sep - Casey Jr. - le Petit Train du Cirque closed (for 3 weeks)

  • 5 Oct - La Plage des Pirates closed (for 12 days)
  • 5 Oct - Moteurs…Action! Stunt Show Spectacular closed (for 12 days)
  • 6 Oct - Work began around the Geysers in Frontierland
  • 10 Oct - Plaza Gardens Restaurant reopened (after 3 weeks) with new concept
  • 10 Oct - Fuente del Oro Restaurante reopened (after 1 month)
  • 10 Oct - Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin reopened (after 5 days) with tail back

  • 7 Nov - Disney’s Enchanted Christmas started (for almost 9 weeks)
  • 14 Nov - Disney Parks closed (for 4 days) following Paris terror attacks
  • 18 Nov - Disney Parks reopened (after 4 days)
  • 18 Nov - Blanche-Neige et les Sept Nains reopened (after 2 weeks)
  • 25 Nov - Fantasyland Station scaffolding went up

December 2015

  • 2 Dec - Main Street Station themed tarps went up
  • 3 Dec - Cowboy Cookout Barbecue scaffolding went up
  • 7 Dec - CinĂ©Magique closed (for 5 days)
  • 12 Dec - CinĂ©Magique reopened (after 5 days)
  • 13 Dec - Frontierland Station scaffolding went up
  • 19 Dec - It’s a Small World reopened (after 5 months) with new surprises
