CryptoCarz goes to Consensus Summit 2018 gearing up for the VR / Blockchain race

CryptoCarz is going to Consensus 2018 in New York, one of the biggest blockchain summits in the world, to introduce the world’s first Blockchain-enabled VR racing experience.

Following the launch of our “Drive Paper” last week, our much anticipated white paper, everybody at the CryptoCarz HQ is excited to attend the Consensus 2018 Summit.

The summit is one of the biggest and most important Blockchain gathering in the world. This year’s event will count with 250+ speakers and 7000+ attendees and CryptoCarz couldn’t miss this opportunity.

What makes this so important for us to come along for the event, it’s to show the Blockchain-enabled VR behind CryptoCarz. If you haven’t read our Drive Paper, CryptoCarz is multi-player, virtual reality enabled racing experience, developed using the Ethereum Blockchain.

And it works like that: to play, users will have to load the car assets into the game from an Ethereum wallet, where they are stored as ERC721 token. Gamers will then have options to visualise, own, adapt and race their own fully customized car.

Digital collectible opened the way for new applications of Blockchain technology but CryptoCarz is the first platform to bring together blockchain, virtual reality and gaming technologies.
