Blocksquare — Is 2018 the year in which the real estate business will change?

In my last articles I have dealt very much with the technology behind Blockquare and how the whole system works. You can find these articles here.

In my new article I will now shed some light on what lies ahead this year and whether 2018 will be the year of Blockquare. Let’s take a look at what Blocksquare has in store for us.

Pilot project

In my view, the pilot project is one of the most important events. The pilot project will show to what extent the idea and solution of Blocksquare can be used and how other partners can work with it. The feedback provided by the partner(s) is required to improve the platform and tools. No matter how much you can plan a concept and product, you will always find something that you have not considered or that you can simplify. Therefore I am curious and hope Blocksquare will soon publish more about this topic.

Alpha/Release

Alpha/Release is planned for Q3-Q4. At this point, the pilot project has been running for some time and the tools and platform have been continuously improved. Since no information on the alpha/release has been published yet, it is difficult to say anything about it. But I think that until then some very interesting partnerships have been announced.

Summary

I think Blocksquare will play a very interesting role in shaping the real estate market. If your tools and the platform run as the concept envisages, then 2018 will be a big step in the right direction of tokenization of real estate. And I believe that this will solve fundamental problems in real estate trading in a safe way. So I look forward to Q3-Q4 on the release of the Blocksquare Platform.
