=======================

Dear Friends,

I hope you and your families are all well through this unprecedented period that we are experiencing. As the coronavirus pandemic has led to a total lockdown for more than 30 days, I thank the Almighty for having kept all of us safe through these difficult times and pray that it stays this way, while India recovers rapidly and completely.

We are also keeping a close watch on the impact of this pandemic in our business. As of now, we couldn’t release two issues of the Fortune magazine and therefore the revenue is zero for two consecutive months. No one can forecast how long this will continue. An extension of the lockdown and its consequent impact on the overall economy will undoubtedly have an even more adverse impact on this magazine business.

In this context, I would like to suggest you to proceed on leave without pay for 3 months with effect from 1st May, 2020. Kindly send a mail of your consent to this proposal to vxxxxxe@abp.in (format attached with this mail).

I trust that I have your support at this challenging time.

Wishing you good health.

Yours sincerely,

D. D. Purkayastha
