Hi, DeHorizon metaverse Human!

The recent update of “How-to-Play Guides in DeVerse #Internal Test” aroused lots of discussion in our community.

Today we will cover the details of Map, Room and Rankings to make the gameplay of DeVerse more approachable to our community.

Now, let’s take a closer look at DeVerse, get moving with us to literally explore our first map — the City of Dawn!

ROOM

Room is the place where you and your teammates gather together and get ready for a battle.

You can either create a new room or choose one to join. The room creator can make the room a public one or set it up for private use with password.

Entry Requirement

You are required to carry a certain amount of DVTs to enter a Room but the fee will be deducted later when the battle starts. No less than 100 DVTs is required in the Alpha internal test.

Entry Fee is non-refundable once it is charged. Don’t quit the battle and leave your allies behind. If you are disconnected from the game because of some network problems, our reconnect solution will help you get back to the battle.

The 1st Map — the City of Dawn

The 1st map of DeVerse is about a war between the Akademia and the Shaharism in the City of Dawn. Both of them want occupy the city for themselves.

When entering the game, your team will be randomly born in the Akademia or the Shaharism.

(The Shaharism — Red ; The Akademia — Green)

What’s your ultimate goal?

The ultimate goal of your team is to occupy the Gate. Only 10 Vs 10 battle is available for this Alpha internal test.

Occupying the Gate will get high points to your team.

Your team wins when meeting one of the following conditions：

Get 10000 points prior to the other team in 8 mins;
Get more points than the opponent team when the battle ends at 8:00 (8-minute).

How to occupy the Gate?

Press “F” or right click your mouse for 3 seconds can occupy the Gate.

Your occupation will be interrupted if you get attacked by the opponent team.

Points Calculation

The points of a team will increase second by second as long as the Gate belongs to the team. Successful occupation at specific timing will bring a large number of one-off bonus points.

* Killing opponent Numens will not increase the points of your team but it will be recorded in your individual Ranking.

Several Battle Rewards

1. Each battle will charge some DVTs as entry fee, and 95% of the total entry fee income will be rewarded to the winning team.

The remaining 5% of the total entry fee income:

DAO Treasury
DeVerse Team
Burn

2. A player will loot 5 DVTs from the defeated opponent Numen.（You can take 50 DVTs at most from the defeated opponent Numen. Similarly, you will lose 50 DVTs at most.）

3. Besides the above reward to the winning team, each player will receive an Extra Reward for participation.
