Debuffs are Negative Effects that stay with your Monster until they are Cleansed or a Certain amount of Ticks Elapses. You can see what DeBuffs are applied by looking under a Monster’s name.

This Monster has The Sugar Rush Buff and the Protonite Tracker DeBuff

Note: As new features are added all Attacks and Aids can change in value and effect to preserve balance in the game. So the actual effect may vary from the description below, however, the general effect will be maintained.

DeBuffs

Name: Vapour’s Revenge

Effect: Stops affected Monster from getting EXP from Health.

Cost: 18 AP

Description: Vapour’s Grey Mist can be concentrated into a spray that clings to your enemies’ skin, burning and bubbling and preventing them from receiving EXP from Health, until cleansed.

Tip: Perfect for if the enemy team does not have any Cleansing ability.

Name: Protonite Tracker

Effect: Affected Monster is damaged 10% more.

Cost: 11 AP

Description: Tag an enemy with Radioactive Protonite Crystals that lights up the Monster and increases any damage done to the tagged Monster by 10%

Tip: A Cheap Debuff to cast on multiple enemies.

Name: Lava Grenades

Effect: Initial damage for an average of 25 EXP. Then does extra damage each Tick.

Cost: 16 AP

Description: The Vassal Corporation’s grenades explode and then continue to burn the skin until cleansed. Does initial damage and then extra damage each Tick until removed.

Tip: Attack early with Lava Grenades to cripple your enemy.

Name: Nectar Net

Effect: Affected Monster has dodge ability decreased by 30%

Cost: 6 AP

Description: Trap your target in a sticky net made from CandyLand Nectar. Decrease their ability to dodge attacks by 30%.

Tip: A low cost way to remove Camouflage Cloth or steal the Crown.

Name: MagnoDust Toxin

Effect: Damages Monster 1 EXP every Tick.

Cost: 12 AP

Description: Found only in SpaceLand, MagnoDust is toxic once burned and inhaled. Target an enemy to cause 1 EXP damage every Tick until they are cleansed.

Tip: Highly effective when used early on in a Battle.

Name: Lock

Effect: Enemy Monster cannot Attack or Aid until Effect wears off. Lasts for 3 Ticks (this can vary)or when Cleansed.

Cost: 30 AP

Description: Lock the Monster in one of the Lab’s cages so it can’t attack until it escapes or is freed. Lasts for 1 tick, or when cleansed.

Tip: Use this to slow down Active Attackers towards the end of a Battle.

Name: Crystal of Loss

Effect: Any attempt to heal the wearer will result in the wearer losing 25 EXP straight afterwards.

Cost: 22 AP

Description: These Crystals are found on the shores of the Lake of the Lost. The wearer is burdened with deep sadness. After being Healed they lose 25 Exp.

Tip: Use if your Enemies are using the Wishbones Heal. This results in negative EXP for those enemies DeBuffed with the Crystal.
