Spider-Man has worn many outfits throughout his numerous cinematic adventures, but some are naturally more appealing and significant than others. With this series of articles, I will provide you with my official ranking of each live-action Spidey suit, including the adaptations I haven’t necessarily seen before. 10. Tom Holland [Homemade] (Captain America: Civil War, Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2016/2017)
Coming complete with goggles and pajama-like threads, there’s an enchanting quality to this homemade version of the Spidey suit. Perhaps it’s the fact that it resembles something a newly superpowered high school teen might actually wear. Regardless, it looks cool… and comfy.
9. Tom Holland [Stark-Tech] (Captain America: Civil War/Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2016/2017)
Though I’ve expressed my distaste for “Iron Man, Jr.,” I must admit that seeing this suit for the first time in Civil War left me awe-struck. Not only does it contain the traditional Spidey look, but it adds extra details that make the MCU version of Spider-Man standout from previous iterations.
8. Tom Holland [Nanotech] (Spider-Man: No Way Home, 2021)
The MCU threequel imbued Holland’s Spider-Man with a snazzy new suit thanks to the assistance of a reformed Doc Ock. Now infused with nanotechnology and a giant gold emblem, this suit takes the updated one debuted in Far From Home and shines it up nicely…
7. Tom Holland [Updated] (Spider-Man: Far From Home/Spider-Man: No Way Home, 2019/2021)
…That being said, I prefer the more simplistic and comic-inspired suit from Homecoming’s sequel. Donning his first fresh duds post-Endgame, Holland’s Peter designed this one himself, giving it a somewhat sentimental value for the character as he busted up Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio.
6. Tom Holland [Iron Spider] (Avengers: Infinity War/Avengers: Endgame/Spider-Man: Far From Home, 2018/2019/2019)
Designed by Tony Stark himself and reminiscent of his Iron Spider outfit from the comics, this suit has multiple functionalities, including protruded spider-legs and the most advanced nanotech in its DNA. Holland sports this armor in three different films, making it the most utilized by his character.
