On the 12th of February 2018, Galaxy eSolutions signed an MOU (memorandum of understanding) agreement with Landray, a listed company in China, on strategic investment and development.

Landray provides Business Process Management (BPM), WorkFlow and O.A IT solutions which help companies establish disciplines in business operations.

Both GES and Landray agreed that having a O2O + B2B2C platform will propel GES to become a market leader in the massive pre-owned and refurbished economy. Further, Landray is also keen to become GES’ stakeholder as such.

GES is also extremely honoured to have Mr. Louis Tang as their Financial and investment Committee Advisor. Mr. Tang has more than 28 years of experience in Hong Kong, PRC and Paris in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and corporate finance matters.

Additionally, GES is pleased to announce having Miles Stoll and Manuel Salvaterra, both employees at Google LLC, to assist in digital marketing and strategy.

Miles Stoll is a Digital marketing professional with vast experience, including 4 years at Google. A pioneer in the crypto space, he has helped countless ICOs reach their funding goals. On the other hand, Manuel Salvaterra’s experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development, in both Europe and America, allowed him to guide businesses to success from Day One.

With Miles’ and Manuel’s long-term engagement, it will allow GES to achieve the goal of expanding further to other country markets as a global decentralised marketplace for refurbished, pre-owned smartphones and other consumer electronics.

GES is excited to announce reaching a strategic partnerships with Origin Protocol, Sharder and Dazfo.

Origin develops protocol for creating sharing economy marketplaces using the Ethereum blockchain and IPFS, and will assist in building the Galaxy eSolutions marketplace and ecosystem.

Sharder.org, a decentralised information processing and storage company, will assist in developing the Galaxy eSolutions hybrid eCommerce model. Sharder.org will also assist in promoting our project to the Chinese community

Dazfro is a decentralized Global P2P Logistics Platform which uses Blockchain technology to revolutionize and democratize International Trade finance, Global e-commerce logistics and consignment forwarding system by eliminating the present-day intermediaries (including the bank) & geographical barriers in the market. Dazfo will help develop the massive India market as well as the Galaxy eSolutions decentralized logistics platform
