Build your own Empire.
If you guys don’t know me, then one thing you must know about me is that I am OBSESSED with Empire!
It is the best Tv show ever!
It is so true, so beautiful and overall amazing!
I’ve never felt that way about a TV show before.
And the reason is because a tv show never talked about certain things the way Empire does.
Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of other great shows on TV.
But Empire is taking it to a whole other level!
In today’s blog I want to talk about something Jussie Smollett (a.k.a Jamal Lyon) talked about in an interview.
He said:
“Let’s talk about how they can build their own Empire.
How can they make the world a better place through their Empire?”
If you have read all my blogs so far, you would know that standing up against bullying is very important to me.
So I want to build an Empire through my blogs & my videos where people are not afraid to stand up for themselves.
Where negativity doesn’t bring people down but where it makes them stronger.
I want people to not be afraid of being themselves.
I want people to not be afraid to love themselves.
I want people to not be afraid of standing up for themselves.
I want people to not be afraid of making their dreams come true.
That is what I want.
That is what my Empire stands for.
I want an Empire where, instead of bringing each others down, we help each other rise.
We help each other rise and become better persons.
We support and love each other.
Life is hard but at the end we are all in this together.
It shouldn’t be about who is the best.
It should be about what is your best.
And by that I mean, are you the best that you can be right now?
We constantly need to improve and better ourselves.
Not to be better than this person or that person.
But to be the best that we can be.
To be the best version of ourselves.
Nobody’s perfect.
We are constantly evolving.
We don’t need to reach for perfection.
We need to reach for improvement.
How can you be better than you were yesterday?
That is the question we should all ask ourselves everyday.
