Preparation: Posting Your Gig

Before you start receiving order messages, ensure you have successfully posted your service by following the steps to post a Gig. Properly setting up your Gig is crucial to attract the right clientele.

Receiving Buyer Messages

  • When You Are Online
    When online and you receive a new unread message, a red dot notification will appear on the message button. This is a signal that a client has contacted you, and you should respond promptly to maintain efficient communication.
    Here are some effective communication tips for your reference.
  • When You Are Offline
    If you are not online and a client shows interest in your Gig and attempts to contact you, you will receive an email notification from OpenTaskAI. You can enter the order conversation directly via the link provided in the email.

Responding to Buyer Messages

Whether through an email link or by logging in to the web version, you can view all messages by clicking the “💬” button at the top right of the page. Unread messages will be marked with a number indicating how many messages are pending, facilitating quick responses.

Official Gurantor Transactions

To ensure transaction security, once both parties agree on the order amount, delivery time, and details of the deliverables, it is advisable to join the OpenTaskAI Discord to open a ticket and contact the “Gurantor Officer” role.

  • Browser notifications
    when enabled, will notify you through the browser if there are new messages.

    Please note that chat records are retained for a certain period and will not be displayed on the page indefinitely.
