I. Get Your Account Ready

Before downloading the game you must ensure that your EFAS account is registered and setup properly:

• Go to the Kepler Citizenship Program and register an account if you haven’t yet;
• Still on the Kepler Citizenship Program, click the “Join the Kepler Citizenship Program” button and bind your Solana Wallet holding the EFAS Citizenship Passport NFT;
• (Optional) Continue the process to join the program and start questing. Season 2 is now live and Airdrops are at stake, don’t miss out on this opportunity.

II. Download EFAS

Now, to start playing the game you need to:

• Click here to download the launcher;
• Install and run the Application;
• Register an account within the launcher using the same email used to register on the Kepler Citizenship Program;
• Install and run the Game.

I can’t manage to install the game

This is usually a network issue, so please try the following :

If you have P2P On Then Turn it Off, if you have P2P Off then Turn It On

How to switch from P2P and CDN

Temporarily Disable ALL Anti-Virus/Firewall/VPN Programs
Ensure that you disable all types and variations of Anti-Virus, Firewall, and VPN programs. This is a temporary measure and should only be in effect until the game installation is fully completed. Once the installation reaches 100%, you can safely re-enable these programs.

I’m stuck in the main menu and can’t play the game

If you encounter the below popup when entering the in-game main menu,

it means that your account doesn’t have access to the game. It could be for multiple reasons such as:

• Used a different account in the launcher than the EFAS account, OR;
• Used the same account in the launcher as the EFAS account but didn’t bind a Solana wallet in the Kepler Citizenship Program, OR;
• Used the same account in the launcher as the EFAS account, bound a Solana wallet in the Kepler Citizenship Program, but the Solana wallet doesn’t hold a Passport NFT.

I’m having other issues and I need assistance

While you can look for many answers and guidance through our EFAS Support tool, advanced support will still require you to join our Discord.
