The completion of a journey of 100-TZOLKIN / 26000-KIN from the discovery of the sarcophagus of the ancient Maya king and sage known as Pacal Votan, below the Temple of Inscriptions at the ancient city of Lakamha’ (Palenque) on June 15, 1952 (KIN 218 White Planetary Mirror) by archeologist Alberto Ruz Lluillier.
Considered one of the most (if not the most) important archeological discoveries of all time (only comparable with the discovery of the sarcophagus of Egyptian King Tutankhamun), the opening of this funerary monument triggered around the Earth not only a renewed interest for the ancient Maya culture, but it also “released” an entire new transmission of prophetic knowledge and wisdom that is STILL being uncovered. This transmission is known today as “The Telektonon Prophecy of Pacal Votan: The Earth Spirit Speaking Tube.”
This living prophetic stream started to be received, carried, and enacted by José Argüelles and Lloydine Burris as Valum Votan and Bolon Ik. WHO IS PACAL VOTAN?
To fully grasp the relevance of this threshold, we will first re-open this time capsule entitled “Votan Remembered: Devoted of the Wind”, written in 1997 by José Argüelles, and learn more about this ancient mythic figure and his prophetic role within the cosmology of the New Time.
“Why Pacal Votan? Who is Valum Votan? Everyday I contemplate a deerskin incised with the famous low-relief sculpture found on the sarcophagus lid of the tomb at the bottom of the Pyramid of the Inscriptions, Palenque, Crystal Moon 17 (June 15) 1952. Everyday, I appreciate even more the mystery of that image, known to modern civilization for only 45 years. Alberto Ruz Lhuillier, the archeologist who uncovered the secret buried for exactly 1260 years, called the man whose jade-encrusted remnants he found, Uaxac Ahau, 8 Sun, the galactic signature the man entombed, and the first of the”thirteen clear signs” inscribed on the front left edge of the sarcophagus lid.
Among the contemporary Lacandon Maya, the person found in the tomb of Palenque recalled the mythic “halach uinich” or “true man” known as the Great Pacal, or Pacal Votan. Precisely 1000 years after the tomb-dedication, in the year 1692, two Jesuits priests living in Chiapas had a correspondence in which they referred to a now lost text entitled, “The Trials of Votan”, mythic accounts of a legendary king of the Maya known as Pacal Votan, whose life extended back to the time of Noah and the Tower of Babel, whose home was in the stars of Valum Chivim, whose adventures included four journeys to the “Rock of Heaven” via the ladder of 13 serpents, and whose incarnation near Nah Chan (Palenque) occurred at a mysterious site known as Valum Votan. Having built a Tower (of the Winds) at Palenque, he had constructed his fabulous tomb, and buried with himself all knowledge of that tomb, except for a few odd marks in the stone floor and a set of enigmatic glyphs in the temple atop the edifice that came to be known as the Pyramid of the Inscriptions. Had it not been for the tile speaking tube (Telektonon) protruding from the rubble beneath the stone with the odd markings, the archeologist would never have dug at all.

Defined also as “the Mother of all Prophecies”, the Telektonon script started to be revealed on the first day of the 7th year of the New Dispensation of Time on July 26, 1993 — KIN 144 1Seed, and was transcribed during that same year by José and Lloydine Argüelles in Mexico. The text would be later included as a booklet in the board game set “Telektonon: The Game of Prophecy” (1995).

February 24, 2023 marked the completion of 36 YEARS (6x6) since the discovery of SuperNova 1987A “Quetzalcoatl.” This was the first supernova visible with the naked eye in about 400 years. This cosmic explosion served as the trigger event of the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 and set in motion a new wave of evolutionary shifts on Earth, unlocking dormant life codes and a DNA mutation process that is accelerating and reaching now new peaks…
This 36th anniversary corresponded to KIN 22 9Wind, analog sign of 9Ik — 9Ehecatl, sign of Quetzalcoatl-Kukulcan-Venus… 9 Ik or Bolon Ik, is also known as the Primordial Deity GI of the Palenque Triad.
February 24, 2023 KIN 22 9Wind also marked the completion of 112 Galactic Spins of 260 DAYS from the arrival of Lloydine Burris — Bolon Ik to planet Earth. Lloydine — Bolon Ik was the woman who, next to José Argüelles, brought to the world the Telektonon Prophecy of Pacal Votan.
The 36th anniversary also signaled the completion 441 YEARS from the signing of the papal bull that gave birth to the Gregorian calendar on February 24, 1582, and established it as the current civil standard since October 15, 1582. 441 YEARS correspond to a perfect matrix of 21 CYCLES of 21 YEARS each since this reform.

PRECESSIONAL FRACTAL MARKS THE REUNION OF KING AND QUEEN
NOW it is therefore important to remember that the EXACT fractal measure of the precessional cycle is 25920 YEARS. Astronomers have known at least since classical times that the Earth’s axis rotates once in about 25,920 YEARS, pointing successively at different stars, of which the current one is Polaris, the North Star.
In another remarkable synchronization, this is precisely the number of DAYS in between the archeological discovery of the funerary chamber of the King of Palenque at the Temple of Inscriptions (June 15, 1952) and the 29th anniversary of the discovery of the resting place of the Queen of Palenque at Temple XIII (June 1, 2023)!!!

DISCOVERY OF PACAL’S TOMB SYNCS WITH THE SECOND STAGE OF THE TELEKTONON REVELATION: “RETRIEVING OF THE DIVINE PLAN”
The 25920-DAY fractal milestone was followed 14 days later (June 15, 2022 KIN 133 3 Skywalker) by the completion of 71 YEARS from the discovery of the sarcophagus of Pacal Votan, and synchronized with the completion of 37 TZOLKINS from the culmination of the second stage of the Telektonon revelation, known as “The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time” and the “16-Year Telektonon.”
The 20 Tablets was a preliminary restoration of our genetic code. This process was defined by José as the “Retrieval of the Divine Plan”: the decoding of a vast amount of key complimentary information and practices destined to re-attune the Human DNA code with the Tzolkin and the 13:20 Natural Time Frequency.

2. On July 26, 2023, the completion of 10 YEARS from Galactic Synchronization synchronized with a “post mortem” ceremony to award archeologist Alberto Ruz Lhuillier with the order of “Eagle Knight” (“Caballero Aguila”).

As mentioned here many times in the past, Venus/Kukulcan/Quetzalcoatl is the patron deity of the Harmonic Convergence of 1987.

Last August 21, 2023 (NS1.36.1.26 KIN 200 5Sun) marked the first apparition of Venus as Morning Star. This event was revered as sacred by the ancient skywatchers, including the Maya, who devised that every 104 YEARS, this celestial event will take place on the same day on the 260-DAY sacred calendar.
In an amazing display of the advanced Maya Time Science, the most recent emergence of Venus as Morning Star of August 21, 2023 synchronized with the completion of 26000 ORBITS of the Earth around the Sun since the unprecedented archeological discovery below the Temple of Inscriptions in Palenque.
