What does it cost for travelling to 4 different countries in two weeks?

On Feb 16 2018 through Mar 1 2018, I travelled to Vietnam — Hong Kong — Macau — Taiwan. Quite a short time for 4 different countries.
Here are some fun facts about my travel:
- I did not plan my travel thoroughly nor did I make an itinerary (I could not to, to be exact).
- There was only 2 weeks gap between the sudden travel idea and the execution. I didn’t get the chance to pick the best deal for airline flights and I only bought last-minute-tickets.

So, it’s interesting to know how much I splurge in those 2 weeks duration.
It’s about IDR 25 million (~US$ 1800).
The expenses on Khilaf category can be neglected as they did not affect the travel itself significantly. If it’s omitted, the total would be Rp 20.831.369 (~ US$ 1500). Furthermore, there’s also about a million remainder (in various foreign currencies). Omit it and the total is Rp 19.783.370 (~ US$ 1400).
The biggest expense came from Intl. Transportation category. Understandable as I bought last-minute-tickets for all. You can see the detailed flight itinerary below.
I did not bring any foreign currencies from Indonesia. As soon as I land on a country, I withdrew some cash via local ATM. So far, I always get better exchange rate via ATM than any other money changer.

This is the chart depicting the total amount of expenses per day.
Spikes in 16, 19, 22, were due to flight tickets. Whereas spike in 24 were due to khilaf things. Spike in 28 were due to both flight tickets and khilaf things.
