I highly recommend reading “3 Features of Subconscious Mind” before reading this.

Hard time having an efficient sleep?

I know the disgusting feeling of fatigue, even after sleeping for ten hours at night. Sometimes I sleep for six hours and wake up with a fresh mind without my alarm destroying my eardrum. Yet, I have read tens of advices that stress the importance of sleep schedules or drinking water before your way to the bed. However, beginning of every morning is still the same. Very exshausting.

Why do we have a hard time sleeping?

First homo sapiens(today’s human) lived at the 60.000 BC according to the knowledge that was ensured by archeologists. These people had one most substantial precedence. Survival. They had to find the required food to protect themselves from a starvation, they had to stay alive amoung wild animals in the forests or during their SLEEP.

Sleep is considered the most vulnerable state for human beings. Body functions work at the minimum capacity and there is no consciousness to make correct decisions. During this period, homo sapiens are open to various problems. Some try to sleep with their spears on their hands and some guard their community as they try to get a little bit of rest. When this reality lasts thousands of years, SLEEP has finally linked to FEAR. If you are sleeping, you are in danger. It does not provide a logical meaning in the 21st century but the limbic system(the primitive part of the brain) thinks that we still live in the stone age, fighting with monkeys for the last remaining banana.

How to sleep better in 21st century?

Stress, worrying and anxiety are the different forms of fear in different situations. Since the limbic system can not distinguish a lion from a daily work stress, we feel the stress as a natural reaction of our subconscious mind’s to protect us from dangerous illusions. Therefore, stress and anxiety are the core problems of sleepless nights and the disgusting feeling of fatigue.

Exercise and meditation are proven to be the best ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. Once the illusions are dismissed, sleeplessness problem will be eliminated from our daily schedules.
