WORBLI is proud to announce that we have released an all new and important update to our KYC portal and the supporting infrastructure.

In the past, some businesses have created KYC portals just to appear compliant. However, complexity often arises when refining something with adequate procedures to truly protect the integrity of the applications and customers. KYC portals and systems can be gamed. Some people have developed their products in a way to give the impression of compliance to government agencies that may otherwise shut them down. They don’t care if their system is gamed as long as it looks like it works.

At WORBLI we really care about the caliber and quality of our on-boarding process because we aren’t doing things solely for the sake of compliance; it’s about proactive, ongoing, and comprehensive protection to the integrity of the network itself, our applications, and their clients.

We have just released a new portal with an improved interface. This new interface is more intuitive and mobile friendly, enabling improved access to those who may not have a desktop operating system. We have implemented bug fixes and patches to ensure a seamless registration process based on our months of data analysis and troubleshooting.

In the future we anticipate a large uptick in account creation as applications begin to go live on the network. In addition, we have refined our customer service practices with improved response times, greater capacity to handle edge cases and faster dispute resolution.

Along with an improved workflow for collecting and analyzing personal user information, we’ve enhanced the infrastructure for secure storage of user data in line with our commitment to the highest standards of consumer protection.

We expect improved portal pass rates and lower false positives on countries that have had challenges in the past. This will be an ongoing process and something we are continuing to prioritize as we move forward.

We will continue to upgrade the portal over time to meet our users’ needs and improve access to the WORBLI network. We appreciate the support from our community and are committed to being an industry leader as a secure and efficient platform for the storage of users’ personal information.

We remind everyone that your information is private and not accessible to us after you have passed the KYC process and created your account. The documents are stored in an “offline environment” only to be retrieved if a legitimate legal request is made. During the account creation process some users require us to perform a manual review of your information, but we have restricted access to only a select few team members.

These individuals have been background and referenced checked. Our entire team has undergone a thorough due diligence process as part of our internal risk reduction mandate created by our attorney. We take every aspect of our users’ privacy and security seriously.

Compliance is more than AML/KYC and meeting financial regulations. Risk management, privacy, security and so much more goes into a truly compliant system. We will go into greater detail about our compliance infrastructure implementation in a future update.

Over the next several weeks, we will be sharing a lot of the collaborative efforts we have been working on behind the scenes. Expect ongoing announcements as we have been hard at work bringing the best compliance and fintech infrastructure to WORBLI for applications and businesses to be safely on-boarded to the WORBLI network.
