Throwback November 2018
Welcome to X Infinity’s first update article, where we give a summary of what we have been up to for the past month. We will be sharing, on a monthly basis, X Infinity’s progress with our supporters. Without further ado, let’s dive into our November update!
November has seen our second airdrop, but that’s not all. Our team hasn’t been slacking off either. This month, we have three pieces of news to share:
- X Infinity World Music Showcase 2018
- MoU with CONUN of South Korea

XIF World Music Showcase
With the help of co-organizer JS Entertainment, X Infinity hosted the very first X Infinity World Music Showcase at the Genting International Convention Centre on October 31. The anniversary celebration brought more than 3000 supporters from all around the world to the event including some good friends such as the WBF World Block Forum and China Media to name a few.
To mark this historical event, X Infinity invited three world renowned artists to perform at the event. The artists that came to perform were: Della Wu of Taiwan, Malaysia’s very own Gary Chaw and Seungri of world famous South Korean group — Big Bang.
X Infinity have plans to organize more events in the future for its supporters, with the next celebration possibly held in Singapore, the land of technological wonders.

MoU with CONUN of South Korea
During the X Infinity World Music Showcase, X Infinity signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korean blockchain company CONUN, a blockchain-based distributed supercomputing platform. CEO and Founder of X Infinity Eddie Chong sat down with CONUN Director Louis Pyo for the signing ceremony.
The agreement between CONUN and X Infinity explores the expansion of blockchain fintech developed by X Infinity into the Korean markets. For the early stages of the agreement, CONUN will be deploying X Infinity’s POS machine for their upcoming overseas music festival. X Infinity is delighted with the partnership, and looks forward to the heights this partnership will reach.
Application Updates
The month of November saw a number of updates for the X Infinity App on IOS, some new notable features include:
- ERC20 support
- The fixing of ETH/BTC scanning issues
- The fixing of the pin auto completion issues
- BTC/ETH transaction fees inclusive
- Minor UI fixes
The recent updates also included some enhanced security features of our user’s protection which includes:
- The addition of Time-Based One-Time Passwords (TOTP)
- Options between email, SMS and TOTP for your transaction verification
- The Security History feature which will show you the last IP and country login details
- The addition of security questions for password recovery
