How is it conceivably possible that so little reading comprehension ability can occur in people presumably at a higher education level? How is it conceivably possible that you can write something like this without even understanding what I’ve written, who I am, and what the actual issues are? Is it a language barrier, or do the Dutch not learn reading comprehension in school?
