This is my drawn chart for best and worst number of arrests in New York from 2008–2017. At first I was confused on how to chart it but after I downloaded the chart to excel I (hopefully) got the hang of it and did it correctly. I saved the lowest number of arrests (best) and the highest number of arrest (worst) and I deleted all of the other information so that you are focused on the best and worst of the data I found.
