(CHAPTER-0 INTRODUCTION TO TELEKINESIS AND SPIRITUALITY)
CHAPTER-1 BASICS OF SPIRITUALITY
Oh, I’m going to stir up so much curiosity in you after this!
Yes! So after getting a very basic idea about Spirituality and Telekinesis.
Let’s, actually start learning about Spirituality
i) SPIRITS-
Well, spirits, ah, the movies and tv shows,
Whenever we hear the word, spirit or ghosts, we think of bad, evil stuff, and its obvious that you are not at fault in any way just because you think that way because we have been molded since our childhood to think this way, that, spirits don’t exist, it’s just in movies, and so on…
But now that you are on my page, reading my story, and of course, you want to indulge yourself in telekinesis and spirituality and all, I want you to think of this stuff in my way.
We all are spirits, yes, you, me, the people who don’t know that this page exists, animals, all are spirits, JUST CURRENTLY IN HUMAN/ANIMALS FORMS.
The thing that scares you all is just one of us guys (spirits), but without a human form, THINK THAT WAY!! I mean they got a life too ( afterlife :D)
It's like you were 3 friends when you were in your native spirit form, you got chosen to become a human, but your other 2 friends still remained spirits, so, you techincally get scared of your own community!
ii) SPIRIT GUIDES-
Okay, so spirit guides huh?
Who are they?
What is their purpose?
Are they good spirits or sus spirits?
Will I be able to see them after reading this?
What do I have to do with them?
What do they have to do with me?
(Tho you don’t have to but if you feel a bit hesitant about reading this, or if you are alone at home while reading this, and feel nervous but curious too, you may play some background music to make you feel better)
So, your spirit guides are ascended spirits, who were so so divine and had such positivity and knowledge, that the universe, the god, allowed them to guide YOU in your life, it was their choice of course if they wanted to become a spirit guide or just reincarnate and move onto another life, but no, they sacrificed their entire afterlife just for YOU, just for you.
They are always with you, invisible to you of course so that they don’t scare you off.
Ayee, don’t be sad, they aren’t alone, of course, they got plenty of companions too up there okay?
Now, spirit guides can be someone you knew, like maybe your long/, recently gone relative who you were really close with, or they can be any random ones too.
They saw something in YOU, that they chose to guide you,
“Even positive and divine spirits worth you darling, when will you worth yourself!”
It might have happened to you that you get into trouble but somehow, always get away safely.
Yep, that yo guides right there!
Just imagine, Idk how old are you, 15? , 18? , maybe in your 20s, or 30s?
I don’t f*cking know bruh, but just imagine that something has been protecting and guiding you your whole life and you didn’t even know of its existence until now!
At this very moment, your guides are so so euphoric, it’s been so long since they’ve known you, and that now you know of their existence is just epic!
You must be feeling super happy too!
I’m happy too plus my spirit guides are happy too cuz I just helped you find the existence of your spirit guides and that you’re all happy hehe

Now, weird things are gonna happen, okay?
But, please mind the fact that you were and always will be protected by your spirit guides in all ways, their divine protection will always be with you, so please don’t be hesitant to try out stuff I say, I’ve already gone through what you are gonna go through right now!
What you are going to do, is establish your first spiritual experience/connection.
I’m pretty sure you all got Spotify, and probably have a playlist containing your songs and all.
If not, uhm well, you dumb bastard, just go open any random playlist bruh
Dude, chill out okay? you’re protected, you’re loved and all…..
Now, say with me, either in your mind or out loud,
“My spiritual guides of the highest truth and compassion, I love you and I respect you in all ways, thank you for being with me. Please give me the signs that you are here and guide me as I shuffle my playlist”
Now, as you say this, shuffle your playlist, and pay attention to the lyrics of the song that plays, it’ll have a deep message and you’ll be amazed and shocked( in a positive way). It is also possible that the song that plays might be really close to your heart.
Congratulations, you just had your first spiritual experience!
Now chill out, always remember to respect your spirit guides, you can also think of them as your elder friends with cool powers.
NOW, you just technically communicated with someone other than humans, your spirit guides!
Do you notice?, how I use the words,” highest divinity, highest truth, highest compassion”? because we just wanna invite spirits that are the wisest, purest, and most loving one's yea.
Now, spirit guides are of many many types and all, you don't, at this moment, need to dig a lot into this topic. Though you always can, there are innumerable sources of info for that on the internet. The reason im telling you about these spirit guides and all , is just to make you believe that,
First, all of that is real and does exist, and
Second, to help you still remain motivated if you ever feel down in life , you got spiritual homies!
iii) Synchronicities: (also termed as “coincidences”)
You are excited, and so are your guides, now, of course, they can’t just anytime pop in front of you, and be like,” hey, wassup, we are your guides”
Don't worry, they’ll never appear in front of you if you never wish to! It’s all very relaxed, they’ll always respect your priorities and of course, being there with you since you were born, they know you, really really well!
They’ll communicate to you through signs; number/repeated number-time coincidences; images in your mind that will randomly flash whenever you close your eyes; you may even hear light soft voices and knocking sounds maybe while meditating or even maybe while sleeping.

Of course, if you feel a bit hesitant, you can always gently ask your guides to reduce the spiritual activity!, remember they are your GUIDES , not your SERVANTS, respect them , and all will be good :)Everything unnoticed till now will start to grab your attention as YOU start off with your spiritual journey!
If you’ve come reading this far, you have a whole lot on your mind, what do we summarize off it?
i) You always got a backup, spiritual backup! , If you’re the kind of person who is easily targeted by bullies at work/school, ask your guides, ask them through signs as to what should you do. If you always avoid some kind of people at school/workplace, don't anymore. Just remember, that you have spirits protecting you! Speak in your mind, “ Hey guides yo, I'm surrendering this issue off to you, you take care of it, Imma leave now”. Live a peaceful life! Your guides love it when you give them tasks because they have been wanting to work with you ever since! You’ll always be able to overcome your worst fears because you got your guides with you, you still had them back then, but now you even know of their existence and also will eventually communicate daily!
Spirits! And that too the best ones! Working with you! Protecting you!
How f*cking cool is that! See, we are the chosen ones, of course, don't go around rambling to people,” Hey I'm the chosen one, and stuff”. Why do you know about it? Why doesn’t your teacher or your dad or your mom? Because YOU were chosen by the Universe that on this day, you would know about this! Sh*t was already planned! Though there's a lot lot I can write about on spirituality alone. But we are mainly here for, well learning telekinesis. I wanted you to know about this because whenever you'd feel down in life, or maybe even while practicing telekinesis, you’ll always have someone to uplift you! Spirits!
ii) Life and Death: It's kind of weird to me that at such a young age, I can already understand all of this. Well, anyways.
We are mortals, sad, lol. So, it means that someday we will die, and new life and blah blah blah. Uh- that's how the other people see things.
What we wanna know is that this is not the end, life and death and all and all. Our original form was a spiritual form, -spirits. We came to the earth, to prosper humanity ( ironical though), and then back to our original form.
Let's say we were 5 friends as spirits when we all left down to live a mortal life as human beings. it may be that we 5 knew each other in our human life, [soulmates :)], or maybe not. But as we all again come back to our spiritual form, we are all back together!
Now don't be like, hey my buddies need me, imma leave the earth. No, live your human life in the best way you can, and then ascend when your time comes, as simple as that! (iIf you do that, well, thats how a cult forms!)
Whenever someone close to us dies, Why do we feel sad? It is because we saw him as one of us, until the day he left, in a human form. He was charming, a good person, that was his spirit’s attribute, but no! We feel sad for the body, cause that's what we always saw him as, his face, his, maybe tattoos and all. And that's obvious because it is natural human behavior.
That's why we need to understand the importance of being a human. Even stray dogs, the birds you see flying around, are spirits! But does anybody give a f*ck about them? NO! why? because they aren't humans!
There isn't any racial/gender/human/animal, in general, any kinds of differences in spirits when they are in their native forms, they are all one, a part of what many people refer to as “the god”!
Being a human and having a human body is like having a hall pass or a washroom pass to the Earth. Reading this you know that spirits exist, but before that, did you know that they existed? No! because they were in their native form and not in their human/whatever mortal form!
You should be appreciating life because you got to live as a human! You must have had a good image in the minds of god, that they allowed you to live a human life! I mean crows can’t play PS5 can they? Or jerk off to Aidra Fox huh?
YOU CAN! So be grateful for whatever you have!

To finally summarize it all, I taught you about spirituality and the existence of spirits in general in this chapter.
In the next chapter, we will discuss energy (the actual beginning of learning telekinesis).

Everyone means both positive and well, those “sussy” ones too, you know what”sussy” in here means right? The opposite of positive. What we want to
think of it as is that we respect everyone, good or sus. We must love all, maybe our love may induce a change in those sussy ones. The same applies to humans, or spirits, respect all, love all, there's always a limit though and, you know you’re always protected:)!
I have a prayer-spell kinda thing I say many times a day, usually while sleeping though, which includes the betterment and protection of everyone including those sussy ones.
It's like having a friendship with those big ass boys in school so that just in case anything goes off the limit/control, you’ve got someone to help you with, Plus spirit guides too, extra protection hehe. ultra thin lmao sorry. WEIRD.
