How to pass the Salesforce AI Associate Certificate
I recently decided to take the AI Associate exam as a part of my 32 by 32 challenge and to get exposure to the AI powered features Salesforce is now offering. Based on my experience passing the exam, I want to share areas that I recommend you focus on.

Salesforce has 5 Trusted API Principles that you’ll want to be able to recall and describe by heart. Some of the questions will also ask you to explain how Salesforce puts these into practice. Make sure you spend time reviewing this article to pass this portion of the exam.
Study AI Concepts outside of Salesforce
Only 8% of this exam covers AI Capabilities in CRM. The other 92% are based on AI Fundamentals, Ethical Considerations of AI, and Data for AI. This means that you need to learn about how AI works outside of the Salesforce context. I found this blog post helpful to get me up to speed on key AI concepts.
The Salesforce AI Associate certificate is definitely one of the easier exams on the Salesforce certifications roster. Many of the concepts follow common sense and the subject areas you may not be familiar with are easy to learn. By reviewing the topics above, and supplementing with the flashcard set here, you can easily pass the exam.
