BlitzPredict Weekly Update: March 25, 2019

We are back with our latest weekly update! We are excited to be launching the alpha version of our exchange on testnet next Monday, April 1st. In preparation for launching the exchange, we spent last week fixing bugs, increasing order speed, improving the mobile UI, and enhancing our internal testing process.

As we have mentioned before, a lot of the work done has been on building a robust infrastructure along with internal testing systems, which will allow us to scale and iterate rapidly. It’s going to be an exciting time once we launch the exchange and continue improving the platform as we get ready to launch on mainnet over the summer.

3k8D continues his reign at the top of our leaderboard! Email experts@blitzpredict.io to join our leaderboard. We have a lot of plans to enhance the expert experience, which we will be implementing in the coming months, including team totals, first halves, and a more streamlined approach to recording predictions to the Ethereum blockchain.

We have a busy week of podcasts, with 4 podcasts scheduled — starting with a March Madness podcast on Tuesday, a look at the MLB season on Thursday, a soccer podcast on Friday, and then the first of our weekly Sunday Night Baseball podcasts, where we will break down the Sunday Night game on ESPN with a solid crew of experts.
