I Thought Tradesatoshi Scammed Me

I will share my personal experience here at (Medium) from Tradesatoshi Exchange, past weeks ago I have a friend and also a (Crypto Trader) he said that now is the perfect time to Trade and gain more profit, so he recommend me to use Tradesatoshi, as this exchange offer 0% Trading fee until December 31, 2019.

So I dive in and give it a try, and guess what, all has been turn out well, I deposit/transfer my coins having no problem encountered, I also traded in Tradesatoshi markets easily as the site GUI is very friendly to us new users, and gain more profit…

But then I decided to withdraw some of my funds to be traded outside using ETH Token.

I got curious, It’s been days but the status of the Withdrawal Transaction is still on pending and does not execute or reflected on the Etherscan.

Many negative thoughts came up to my mind and one of it was that maybe I got scam by TS?

I already decided to take action on this, first I go to the Tradesatoshi ChatBox to ask some help as I can see there some moderators guiding users by posting Tips and Basic Guidelines.

Theie very helpful but it seems they are not allowed to assist users directly there, as some conversation may lead to sharing your personal information on your issue like Coin Address/TXID/Email Address etc. that can be seen by other users.

So they advice me to create a Support Ticket to be assisted properly, I create one immediately under withdrawal category, after I created, one of their Support answer the Ticket right away, I was surprise! they’re so fast on answering support tickets by users.

They ask me more information regarding my withdrawal like What Coin did I withdraw that I encounter this problem, Withdrawal ID on my history to specify the withdrawal also sender and receiver address of my transaction.

So I response back after checking my withdrawal information at my account withdrawal history that can be found at my Balance Page.

And then they replied again, they said that I have send my Token on a different coin Address, I was shocked! I send my ETH Token to a BTC wallet address, so that’s why…..

Afterwards, I replied if there is still a chance to recover those coins/tokens that has been stuck on wrong address input.

i was relieved, as they response that they will forward my issue to their upper team that has access to cancel it and they’ve tell me to wait patiently for updates on my issue in the ticket I’ve created.

After an hour the response by another support showed on my ticket, saying “Your Withdrawal has been cancel successfully and you can now be able to reprocess it again”. Wow! that was fast, I immediately reprocess my withdrawal and double check my address input to be sure on this second attempt.

Then there it goes my withdrawal has already been complete and has reflected on the explorer. I feel slightly ashamed of my self by doubting this good exchange service, they’ve been good to me and assisted me very professional.

I will also advice other Traders also that please double check all the details you input esp. wallet address before confirming your withdrawal to avoid any loss.

So I created this article to payback their kindness to me and let all people know how Tradesatoshi help me.

I will surely use this exchange more and recommend it also to my fellow Traders in the future. Blessed you all TS Team.

BTW, I also see this alleged TS Scam issue that has been clearly answered by some of there users, kindly find time to read it.
