The team at Boson Protocol is proud to announce that we are working together with MetaFactory for our flagship decentralized commerce experience connected by Boson Protocol.

Built in Decentraland, a decentralized 3D virtual reality platform, Boson Portal will be a virtual lifestyle, commerce and cultural playground that seamlessly connects the metaverse with the universe.

Boson Portal is designed to demonstrate the power of our decentralized commerce protocol which connects smart contracts with real-world commerce. It allows NFTs to be redeemed for physical goods or services.

MetaFactory is the latest collaborator specializing in real-world fashion to join our Boson Portal project and we could not be more excited.

The Collaboration

MetaFactory operates as a community-owned culture studio that redefines society’s ideas about commerce and what it means for the future.

The company leverages apparel as a new canvas for creators, exposing them to the world of web3 including digital collectibles, virtual wearables, and decentralized finance.

It focuses on the creation and sale of digi-physical streetwear and has partnered with top projects in the crypto industry including Yearn, Gitcoin and Bankless.

MetaFactory will take over one of our retail spaces in Boson Portal and will feature in-world advertising and branding.

Their centerpiece will include a digital to physical clothing item which will be purchasable and redeemable through Boson Protocol.
