I enjoyed reading your thoughts on The Most Important Skill Nobody Taught. I take special note to embrace boredom. Here I am reluctant to accept the word boredom.

In my seasoned Life, Living a Life Of Sobriety, I have come to understand, to survive, we as humans are blessed with the gift of adaptation. It is this process, I believe, the human body needs moments of Silence. My definition of Silence is the moment we place ourselves where there is a disconnection of Human interaction! Sleep, Sunrises, and Sunsets help to bring understanding to one’s inner Spirit! Enjoy!
