Operating with Crypto Link over Discord interface

Crypto Link is a open-sourced (GNU General Public License v3.0) multi-functional & multi-guild/server Discord payment and merchant solution serving as the bridge between the Stellar Ecosystem and Discord users. In its core it allows for execution of Peer to Peer micro payments amongst Discord users on server where it has been integrated. Operating with Crypto Link is easy and straight forward, functioning the same way as you would be sending message to another Discord user either through public channels or through DM or as you would be using CLI type interface. Each message/operation starts with the listener/prefix required in order for Crypto Link to acknowledge you, continuing with the command, optional sub-commands and required parameters.

Command Structure and prefix

<listener/prefix> <command> <sub-command> <required parameters…>

By default Crypto Link listens to character ! as a prefix or its username tag. It is important to understand as well the role of custom prefixes. There are usually multiple bots present on the server which might have the same prefix as Crypto Link. Therefore, we have integrated an option for server owners to register custom prefix. This prefix will work only on any channel of the server where Crypto Link has access to. For communication over DM please use a default one.
