UnitEx — Account Registration and Verification
UnitEx is a crypto exchange that allows anyone to buy and sell CryptoUnit tokens. Holders of unfrozen CRU tokens can sell them on the UnitEx exchange (at the market price). And everyone who wants to receive unfrozen CRU tokens can purchase them from other participants through the exchange. In addition, UNTB tokens, as well as popular cryptocurrency tokens such as BTC, ETH and EOS, are available for exchange on the exchange. In the future, other tokens will also be added to the UnitEx exchange, including the Cryptounit WCRU security tokens (only unfrozen).

Registration on the UnitEx exchange
1) Follow the link to the UnitEx exchange and fill in the registration data:
- You were invited by — this field must contain the word: unit
- Email — enter your valid email address.
- Username — come up with a unique username (it is allowed to use Latin letters and numbers, without spaces).
- Password — come up with a harder password, at least 8 characters (must consist of numbers, as well as Latin letters, moreover, be sure to use both upper and lower case — for example: qwertyU8).
- Confirm Password — enter your password again.
- Terms and Conditions — check the box confirming that you agree to the terms of use.
And click the “Sign Up” button.
2) A letter will be sent to the specified Email from the UnitEx exchange to confirm registration. Click on the link in the letter “Confirm account creation”.
3) To enter your personal account, fill in the “Email” and “Password” specified during registration and click the “Login” button.
4) You will be prompted to enable two-factor authentication to enter your personal account. You can close this message by clicking “X” or on the link “I’ll do this later”.
5) You can change the interface language of the UnitEx website (in the upper right corner).
Account verification on the UnitEx exchange
To fully work with the UnitEx exchange, you need to verify your account. To do this, you will need to fill out information about yourself and provide a photo of an identity document.
- Go to profile settings. In the upper right corner, hover over your username and click on “Profile”.
2) To pass the verification, click the “Verify” button.
3) Click the “Start verification” button.
4) Shoot your face on video according to the prompts on the screen.
- Click the “Start video recording” button (video recording duration 10 seconds).
- Facing the front for a few seconds.
- Then to the right, than to the left.
If you are going through verification on a computer, then you must have a webcam connected. Verification can be carried out on a smartphone and use the front camera for video recording. To successfully pass the verification in automatic mode, you need to record your face in good lighting, preferably the background is solid.
5) Specify the country of issue of your identity document and the type of document, then click “I confirm my identity”.
6) Take a photo of your identity document. Click the “Take a photo” button or upload a prepared scan of your document by clicking the “Upload photo” button. And click the “Next” button.
Only a document filled out in English is suitable to confirm your identity!
7) Fill in your personal data in Latin: gender, date of birth, name, surname, nationality and click the “Next” button.
8) If everything is done correctly, after a while you will receive a message about successful verification (“Verification approved”) on your Email. And in your personal account, the verification status will change to “Verified”. After that, you will be able to start full-fledged work with the UnitEx exchange.
When going through the verification procedure, the system tries to automatically check your documents and the data you entered. If for some reason the automatic check failed, then a check by an employee of the company will be required and this may take longer. During the check, an employee may contact you and request any data or documents.
