So how do we watch the Road Safety Tutorial?
The Road Safety Tutorial is an online video intended for creating general awareness about Road Safety rules and regulations.

Here is how you can watch it:
- Go to the parivahan.gov.in website.
- Now go to the ‘Learner License’ drop-down menu and click ‘Tutorial for LL Test.
- Then on the next page, you will be asked to enter your Learner’s license Application Number. Enter it and click ‘Generate OTP’.
- In the next step, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click ‘Submit’.
- On the next page, a dialog box will be shown to watch the video. Click on the video and watch it completely.
Now proceed to the Learner’s license test online.
