How to take Learner’s License Test Online? (STALL)

After applying for the Learner’s license online, you have to pass an online test to start driving. The name of this test is called STALL (Screen Test Aid for issue of Learner’s License).

To appear for the STALL test online, follow these steps:

• Go to the parivahan.gov.in website and select ‘Online LL Test (STALL)’ from the drop-down menu.

• On the next menu, enter your details and allow access to your ‘Camera’. Make sure to read all the instructions and click ‘Authenticate’. Then click ‘Proceed’.

• On the next page, read all the instructions carefully. Then click ‘Proceed’.

• On the next page, select your preferred ‘Language’. Then make sure to ‘tick’ the boxes after carefully reading all the instructions. Then click ‘Continue’.

• Now the test will start. Make sure to check the timer while answering. Select the appropriate answers and click ‘Submit’ before the prescribed time.

• After answering the required questions, your result will be shown instantly. You can then view your performance by clicking ‘Click here to view your performance’.

• Now, click ‘Exit’. Your test will then be completed.

You should then download your Learner’s license to start practicing on the road. So here is how to download your Learner’s license online:

• Again return to the parivahan.gov.in website and select ‘Print Learner license (Form 3)’ from the drop-down menu.

• On the next page, you will be required to select your desired option and click ‘Submit’.

Thus the process for your Learner’s license will begin shortly and you will receive your Learner’s license correspondingly.

Also, what if you fail?

Don’t worry. You can also reappear for the online test again. But you have to pay the fee accordingly.

To know the complete fee payment process for your Learner’s license process, read the steps:

• Again return to the parivahan.gov.in website and select ‘Fee payments’ from the drop-down menu.

• On the next page, select ‘Retest Fee’ by selecting the drop-down menu.

• On the next page, enter your details carefully and proceed to the fee payment by selecting ‘Pay Now’.

Eventually, your fee payment will be processed and you can reappear for the Learner’s license test online again.
