I’m Really Happy I Bought The Sceptre 30" Curved Gaming Monitor C305B-200UN
So I’ve been on this kick where I’m writing something every single day on my Medium blog. It turns out I already wrote something today in the form of an Amazon review which I never do. I guess I must really love my purchase.
I’ve had this beautifully curved gaming monitor for 3 days now and I’m loving it! I just submitted my first ever Amazon review and it seems they need a few days to approve it. So I’m going to copy/paste it here so Google’s Algorithm will consider this the original content. Their Algo should consider Amazon to have the duplicate content as search engines will ping this web page first. Mwahaha! I use to be an SEO geek, can you tell?

I don’t know if you are anything like me but I agonized for nearly a month on which monitor to buy. I looked at all the nitty-gritty; the resolutions, 4k, QHD, VA, IPS, Curved 1800R or 1500R, 100hz, 144hz, 200hz? Ya know all that technical stuff that’ll make your head spin in indecision. I kept coming back to this one and it kept being sold out! The above TV in the picture is what I was using with the best resolution I could get at 1366x768, It was super frustrating with the kind of work I do. I finally plunged on this one the moment it became available. The price here on Amazon should be $278 through Prime so just wait and keep coming back until they get it in stock again. They sell out quick! All in all I am pleased and the 2560 x1080 resolution is just fine for me on my Macbook Pro for productivity. I fired up Bootcamp to run Windows and its nice to play FPS games with, My Favorite is Halflife 2, it displays so much better than that Samsung TV. I never write Amazon reviews so get this monitor if it’s in stock at the right price. It’s pretty sweet and the red backlight is super cool at night on the wall behind it. With my set up I can’t even get the 200hz but I’m plenty happy with it. It’s only been a few days though. I’m keeping the box just in case something happens to it, so far no dead pixels or any defect.
So that is my review in a nutshell. My quarantine work life has improved immensely! I can have so many charts, windows, and programs up at the same time with all sorts of screen real estate. I’m so happy I’m done analyzing every detail, brand, and specification to actually now enjoying my new monitor. Maybe I’m just a geek but this stuff matters to me.
