上一篇文章在完結前，給了大家一個手機程式的截圖，讓各位想想，其中某些字詞值得斟酌，可以再改善一下。這張圖是來自滙豐銀行的信用卡奬賞手機程式，單單看這一頁，便感覺有很多內容，霎眼看來，字詞也沒有什麼不妥，但只要仔細審視，尤其從用戶體驗角度來看，便會發現某幾個字詞用得不太妥當。
