After thoroughly observing the increase in the price of Ether and it’s volatility, we are announcing a reduction in the price of HORSE token and the hard cap for our crowdsale. The conversion rate of Phase-1 will change from 20,000 HORSE to 25,000 HORSE for 1 ETH. If we sell all the 100M tokens in Phase-1, the Hard cap will be 4000 ETH (Previously 5000 ETH). The soft cap is reduced from 500 ETH to 400 ETH. The change in token price will also be applied to Phase-2 to maintain the 100% Bonus rate for Phase-1. There is no separate cap for Phase-1 and Phase-2. Crowdsale will end any time when the 100M tokens are sold. Crowdsale Contract address and Gas limits are now published on the website.
Our token price has always been fixed with Ether based conversion rate and not fiat based. We have received feedback from several members of our community that our hard cap is low. We want to let everyone know that we have thoroughly planned our budget. We wanted to raise only what we actually need to make Ethorse successful. We strongly believe that when Ethorse succeeds, everyone in the Ethorse community including the Team will succeed.

Participation Instructions
Detailed instructions are published here. Crowdsale address is available on the website. Do not trust anyone impersonating the team, providing the address to send Ether to. Do not send Ether before the crowdsale starts, your transaction will fail and gas (Transaction fees) will be wasted. Only registered addresses can participate on the day-1 from January 10, 17 GMT. Transfers from non-registered addresses will be rejected resulting in loss of gas. If you are not registered, send Ether only after January 11, 17 GMT. There is no registration required. The address will be available on the website.
