Part I of this article described how to use an API to monitor deprecations of APIs.

There’s a free service

So what’s easier than implementing your own solution for monitoring deprecations? Use an existing service.

With inger.io you can simply select the APIs you’re using and you will get curated email notifications 90, 60 and 30 days before the API version expires. Enough time to schedule an update.

Acknowledgement

There’s a high chance that you’re looking for a vendor who’s not in the list, yet. In this case please simply send an email to hello@inger.io and if possible, add a link to the page or a contact where the sunset dates can be retrieved.
