Final Round tier staking: what you need to know
Hi, folks. It’s been a while, but we’ve got some exciting staking updates for everyone.
Recently, we shared over at unix gaming epoch 9 for Unix Yield had concluded, and that we were launching an exciting new staking programme. We wanted to take the time today to flesh out those details for the community.
Claim your staking rewards by 14 September
Those who’ve staked unix gaming tokens during epoch 9 are now free to claim your rewards by visiting Unix Yield here.
Haven’t claimed your rewards yet?
No problem. You have until 18:30 (UTC) on 14 September (14.09.22) to claim rewards directly through Unix Yield.
Final Round tier staking launches 8 September
We also announced that the current staking programme for unix gaming had ended and that we had an exciting new staking programme coming soon — tier staking with Final Round! You can find out all about tier staking here.
We’re happy to announce that Final Round’s tier staking opens 15:30 (UTC) on 8 September (08.09.22), with the first snapshot of the tiers to be taken within 24 hours of opening.
Community Access opens 16 September
For those looking to join our exclusive alpha group on Discord, public access will open on 16 September (16.09.22). Tiered access, including access to our various exclusive tiered groups, starts September 30.
We can’t wait to have you join us for the latest alpha on what’s coming from the world of web3 gaming, including sneak peeks at our upcoming OWNED platform before anyone else.
Don’t forget that we teased how we plan to evolve the unix gaming token in our recent update.
As part of our new token roadmap, token holders can expect:
- For every transaction across the unix gaming network, up to 50% of the revenue generated will be spent on buying back unix gamingtokens.
- The unix gaming token’s integration into our OWNED platform as a governance and liquidity mechanism.
- New utility in the future will include new yield programmes, rewards, early access to games, and cool tournament perks
