How to start over

New Year’s Day, like Monday, is traditionally a time to start something new and put your plans into action. Why doesn’t it always work?



Let’s see how this process works.

The computer has a certain amount of power depending on the power of the processor and the amount of RAM. So, to run a new program, you need to free your computer’s power from the work it’s already doing and add components to it to make it more efficient.

In humans, everything is about the same. The task is to obtain additional resources and diagnose existing processes that consume a lot of resources and do not produce results, so that additional resources do not fall into the same “black hole”. And since humans are smarter than computers, their bodies know which path to take and avoid overproduction, so access to new resources is often blocked in every possible way.

There is a traditional “metal map”. A description of where the raw materials are obtained and how they are connected to the power “sockets”.

First, we have a body that is a conduit for energy. Mental stability and mental performance depend

on physical condition. Traditional ways to replenish the body’s resources are sleep, water, food, fresh air, and moderate physical activity. It’s a good idea to make a personal list of things that make you feel good. Are there any good things your body should be forgetting about on a regular basis? Are you always ready to do something good for your body?
